Highly recommended. Great work, great service. I found a puncture on Canada day and thought we’d have to cancel our family plans. Tristen came out immediately and fixed everything on the spot at a great price. Nice to find someone who can do the job AND offer great customer service. Saved our day.

Absolutely fabulous service. I called Tristan yesterday evening and he was at my home today before lunch. He was extremely kind, polite and helpful. He expertly and efficiently repaired my flat tire for an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend ACT Tire Mobile Services.

Had trouble finding a tire shop open on a Sunday that wasn't booked solid. Found these guys on google here and sure enough they charge the standard rate $20/tire installed and balanced. They were at my house within two hours of my call, did the job on both cars I have here. No issues, no fuss, straightforward business, with the right equipment. Professional grade tire balancer, tire machine, and compressor. What I like about these guys coming over is that your house is your waiting room! No more waiting in the tire shop for them to get around to your car, they come to you and you're free to feel at home for the duration of the service. Will definitely call them again. Honest guys offering great service. I definitely recommend them.

Usually, I don't do reviews, but had to as these guys seem like nice guys, but, I've sent many emails and phone txts and no one ever responds, in which, I'm sure they had to see. I paid extra to get my Autel TPMS programmed, but, their device wasn't updated at that time for my vehicle as my vehicle is new and not on their programming device list, but, promised to come back when their device was updated. I was told directly by Autel, they can easily update their device online for free. No callbacks or responses to the many msgs I sent, I feel ripped off that they took my money and ran. I should have only paid their install on rims price. I also made them take pics of their work on my vehicle, in which, actually, due to this want it removed immediately. My 2 star review is because these guys were nice at the time, but, lack of no response and no customer service does not warrant to be higher. I'm very disappointed I have to ask around to get my TPMS programmed and pay again for service I already paid for. At least, own up that they didn't want to come back to program it and give me back my portion I paid. Just beware if you end up with concerns after your install work, you will not get any responses back and also had hard times from them to provide me with an invoice. I will no longer decide to use them for my changeover before this winter.

Amazing service. They were prompt and very efficient. We used them to do both sets of our winter tires and to replace a battery. They put the tires back in their bags and did all the lifting. So handy and a great price!

Dishonest. Website says $40 for a plug and $70 for superpatch. after only plugging the tire they charged $70 even though it wasn't the super patch. I paid but asked for the website to be updated so others don't get fooled. as of Sep 7 -two weeks later - still not updated.the work they did was good.Update Dec 22, 2020. After the above review they offered 30% discount on new tires. I attempted to purchase new snow tires. They quoted. When I requested to apply the discount they somehow didn’t have the tires in stock any longer. And oh BTW, the website still has the dishonest patch info, after claiming the reason to be: their programmer was on holiday - in April!

These guys were awesome! They were time efficient and got me a really good deal for my 4 new tires. Would recommend and definitely will use again thank you!

I had a flat tire and needed help ASAP. Tristen was such a huge help and fixed my tire so quickly! He was kind, courteous, and most of all, genuinely cared to help me get back on my way! All the things you look for, especially in this industry where people can rip you off. He even answered a bunch of unrelated questions that I kept asking and offered to help me if I ever needed any help. I’ve never had such a great experience with an auto-mechanic and it’s because of that great experience that I would go out of my way to refer Tristen to ppl I know! You won’t be disappointed going with Tristen! Great service goes a long way!
