CARSTAR Express Oshawa

Terrible service it took two weeks to get an appointment to find out they couldn’t do my vehicle. There is no signage to tell you where the office is. Cost me a day of work and aggravation. I can’t recommend anyone to use them

Terrible service, but always nice providing information and dealing with customer.Had an accident with another car hitting mine on the rear passenger wheel. Simple stuff I would guess.It took 2 weeks to provide an estimate to the insurance company. Then, it took them a total of 6 weeks to repair... missed 3 delivery dates they committed to... on top of that kept on providing false information indicating the car was being assessed when I personally drove by the shop and noticed the car has not been moved. Will avoid at all cost.

Got a repair done on my vehicle and Mark was sooo professional and kind! He answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel dumb for getting damage on my car. The repair was done in a timely manner and they even send emails to let you know what stage your car is in and what date (approx) it is due to be completed. I got my car back earlier than expected and it was in pristine condition when I picked it up. It seems cleaner now than it was when I dropped it off! Thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Thanks, guys!

Had a great experience with CarStar. They kept me updated on my repairs through email and over the phone. They even cleaned the inside of my car after my repairs were finished. They were honest when they found money and other items while cleaning that I was unaware were still in my vehicle. The customer service was excellent and they did a beautiful job.

Went with a Groupon and they charged 45 bucks more than the Groupon for service that was covered by the groupon. Owner wouldn't give the keys until the extra was paid even though he dis not even start on the car yet. Rhis place is a scam.

Would thoroughly recommend Carstar Express Oshawa as I had a very nerving car accident and they handled everything with such professionalism and care. As a first time customer, I was kept well informed on the details by given updates thru email on what was happening to the body work done on my car through it’s stages.I was given a rental car, everything was handled on Carstar’s end through my insurance and even Enterprise showed up at their business, picked me up to get my rental for the week!!It made my life easier and the end result on my car was perfection.. my car looked brand new and the detailing done on it was amazing!!Thank you all so much!!

My 1st accident in 35yrs. Intact told me to take my brand new car there. They said very busy. 3 week wait, but after 2 weeks i got a call and my new car was new again !!! Nice and SHINY AGAIN and they even clean interior . Thank YOU. Thank YOU..super treatment from staff

Last Saturday I went here to get a quote for the 3m paint protection coating for my new car I spoke to Chris who took down my information and took pictures of my car and said he would call me Monday I never heard back from Chis so I called on Wednesday he told me he would call me right back long story short he never called back with a quote and a week later I still have not heard back. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Who does business like this? I do not recommend this place if they can't handle a simple quote why would you trust them with your car?

CarStar completed a vehicle repair for me after a car accident. The service and quality of work was incredible. My vehicle was ready when promised, detailed and in great condition. I am thoroughly impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the team. Thank you for the great work!

This is the second time I have dealt with car Stars . People have alot to deal with when accidents occur alot of times they are upset for one reason or another. They deal with things very professionally making the experience smooth as possible . They went one step further above and beyond by cleaning my car they washed my mats and shampoo my car .What a nice Christmas Present Thank you so much
