Rude personnel refused to sell a ticket, i.e. basically refused to do their job. Why work at this job if you hate it. Generally absurd station that does not allow you to go to metro with your normal monthly pass. Unnecessary overcomplications are so typical for Quebec.

Clean, and nice architecture. Faster than driving in Montreal. Helped us avoid traffic during ile soniqUpdate now only giving 3 stars because customer service only spoke french to me. The guy behind me translated what he said.... this is not the first time workers was like that in Quebec

That old white lady working at the Cartier metro booth today on September 14th @ 6:30pm SOULD NOT be working with the public. She is extremely rude, or maybe she’s JUST RACIST. But she needs to get another job where she does NOT have to serve people, especially minorities.

A reliable standard metro station. The station attendants, not surprisingly, are often quite rude or unhappy with their job. Not sure why they don't hire friendlier staff....also, like most metro stations, be weary about using the washrooms as there might be questionable people in there for your safety

Good area to drop someone off, pick someone up, park for a day. But at night lots of junkies shooting up in the bathrooms.. A great metro station!

It is very complicated to take the metro from here. Big lines to get tickets. They don't seem to sell STL passages at the automatic machine if you never bought Laval tickets on your card. All in all, other than bathroom available, a couple of free parking spots and some stores, it is an almost useless station.

Quiet metro station with a lot of parking spaces. Its washroom was clean. But there aren't many options for getting foods and drunks while you are waiting for busses.

Restrooms were closed probably because of covid-19... Come on! Why don't you just clean it more often/ allow 1 person at the time/ whatever... For most of STL busses, if you miss it, you're stuck there for an other hour or so. Not very pleasing when you have to go -_-0
