Ordered a variety meal with a 2L to take to the park and have a picnic. I asked for cups for the 2L and they said I have to pay 0.10 for them each. Petty, considering I paid $50 for the meal.Took the food, went to the park and realized they forgot the gravy. Had to go back.Then realized they didn’t even give us napkins.This all on top of a very poor client experience. The staff are clearly not happy working there. Makes me wonder what management is like.The last time we ordered from them through Skip, about a year ago, and they forgot to pack our 2L. Not Skips fault, this is on the restaurant staff.Management if you read this, wake up. Do better.

Definitely notice the increase in food costs here. For a big crunch, twister combos and 6 tenders was just shy of $50. Bit much for casual dining.

10.99 for a famous chicken sandwich is a bit absurd if you ask me. Last time I buy from KFC I guess

Stopped tonight to get a bucket of chicken ... 10 pieces with 3 sides - biscuits, gravy & fries.Chicken biscuits and fries were good. Chicken not as tasty as it used to be but good. Gravy was HORRIBLE ... tasteless, so thick - don't know what they've done to it but I threw it in the garbage. Wasted my money.Time for KFC to revisit their products. Maybe try tasting it... Colonel Sanders would be embarrassed!

Inflation, inflation inflation that seems to be the only word I hear these days when you go into a grocery store or a restaurant and complain about the prices. Well, I was just in Kentucky fried chicken drive-through and paid over $12 for two chicken thighs, small fries, and a small coleslaw, I could’ve gone to the grocery store and bought a whole roasted chicken for less than that. On top of that the fries were cold, should’ve stayed at home and had canned chicken soup.

Posting on the door says they close at 9, we saw the employees inside, drove through the drive through and they just ignored us.

Next time will just get better chicken at 7-11.Ordered double bucket meal and paid 8.00 extra for white pcs, no wings. (A selectable option) order then came with 2 leg,2 thigh, 2 wing,1 back and one keel. Bucket was also missing the popcorn chicken but did get the tenders. If you really want KFC go to spruce grove.Never again.....

These folks need to upgrade there communication device at the drive-through. Had to repeat my order 3 times getting closer and louder after each time, reiterated my order at the window. Even though it was only two items they still got it wrong.

I visited this restaurant last night around 7:00. I ordered a 3 piece meal, double stacker, and 10 hot wings. I was told that there would be a 28 minute wait for the chicken. This is not the first time that I have visited this place and have not been satisfied with the service. I would advise you visit some other fast food place as this is definitely not fast food.
