I would definitely give 0 star if I could. This is not a library, teenagers and students are like playing in a playground here, not just making noise, chatting, and even making chaos. I cannot believe anyone could read or study at this insane place. DO NOT COME TO this library. Waste resources!

Staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The library was very spacious, especially the children's area so it's great for families with little toddlers that like to explore and can't sit still for too long. There were activities and arts and crafts for kids to do also. They now have new computers with child friendly games for children to play on too. We'll definitely be coming back to visit again soon.

The library staff Sabrina was really helpful. She is very knowledgful and helpful and friendly. The place is really nice and updated.

The library is extremely noisy during the school time. A secondary school is connected to the library and many students are sitting in the library chatting....had never been to such a crowd and noisy library. The principle of that secondary school should have better discipline to the students.

Library is nice. Friendly staff. Most libraries have puzzles and Legos for kids to play with. This one didn't. So a little disappointing.

A great library when it is late hours because there is no commotion from the kids running around during the day time or from the students after school. It's hard to focus on work when the children are thumping around. Noise level could be notched down heavily by the students and staff should have more reign on this. There are better libraries in the area.

This isn’t a place that you can use to read or work quietly. It’s extremely noisy and filled with high school students throughout the day. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your children here based on the here based on the language I hear being used. I attempted to work here for a couple of hours and was constantly disrupted with students yelling across the tables. The staff and security do nothing to ensure the space is quiet. I wouldn’t consider this a public library but rather a high school hangout. I do not recommend this space for any sort of quiet work.

One of the Richmond Hill public libraries branches, located as part of Richmond Hill Green High school. Quite spacious with children and quiet study areas, very convenient for school students, lots of free parking around the building.

Mid Nov 2022 weekday snowy morning. The door is at the north end of Richmond Green Secondary School aisle. Many big boys and girls studying at the tables, all full. They might have been in before Library formally open at 10 am ! Few group exchanges not in low voice but they seem to be peer students. No kid, adult, senior this moment. The parking lot is empty. Daily newspaper of G&M, NP, MingPao are of today. It fares better than Markham Public Library in this regard.Mid Feb , 2023 afternoon. The best time to use the public library is before 11m and after 4 pm. The schoolers are home though.
