Mountain Road After Hours Medical Clinic

If they weren't full every single time I've called, usually within one minute of their lines being open, I would give them a rating they deserve, but it's been damn near impossible to get an appointment, ever.In the 10 years I have lived in moncton, I have gotten through by phone 3-4 times.

I contacted this clinic by phone and was on hold for about 10 minutes. I wasn't surprised as these clinics are extremely busy. Like myself , so many people don't have a family Dr. When you do call a Dr.'s office it's the same, people are thrilled when they can get through first or second attempt. The receptionist at this clinic was very pleasant . I was contacted within 15 mins by an exceptionally pleasant physician ( Dr. Daigle) It meant a lot that I didn't feel she was in a rush. Certainly a positive experience! It's not fun not having a family Dr. but at least I was able to get what I needed. The state of our Healthcare system in Canada is a mess! Why? Not enough Dr.s? Mismanagement? People abusing the system? Not enough financial support from Government? All of the above? The government allocates lots of our tax $ to other things(ie. entertainment infrastructure of all sorts) when our Healthcare needs SO much improvement!! Nothing is more important than your health! It's not the fault of the people working in Healthcare,! God bless them!! (especially now during this pandemic) In my opinion they have the most challenging job out there!

The receptionist is very compassionate. I was unable to get through to any clinics for a week which made my symptoms worse, she showed empathy & did her best to accommodate my schedule to get me in.

My mom just went to see the clinic doctor, and according to her, whoever Dr. Leblanc is, didn't offer any sort of humane service. No blood pressure check, no temperature check, nothing. Just brushed her off and basically made her fend for herself. It felt as though she was discriminated against because of the English language barrier. New Brunswick healthcare is an absolute joke. Higgs government would rather spend millions revamping our sick education system to accommodate more french immersion rather than fix our badly broken, no compassion healthcare system.

The clinic is completely useless don't bother going. Receptionist was disrespectful and didn't care about anything I had to say. I cant make an appointment through the phone as the line is never reachable. I also tried making an appointment in person when the room was completely empty with no clients and of course i get rejected! Now I have to constantly call them like a dog and waste my time. They do not care about you. DO NOT COME HERE FOR THE CLINIC!

The doctors when you can get an appointment are great. But to get an appointment to see one of them on the phone, impossible, to walk in and try to book an appointment almost impossible. If they are going to have this facility open, there is s need for them to answer the phones ( not a voice mail saying try again later) and have someone actually in the facility to book appointments for walk ins. Have tried all week to reach them on the phone. Went to the facility during hours of operation Thursday Aug 4th. There was a sign on the door that was locked, please knock and have a seat someone will be with you shortly. 15 minutes later no one had showed up.Being able to operate like this is a travesty.

RIgged - if you don't have Bell you can not get through. Only bell customers have automatic redial where you call once and as soon as lines are open you get through. All other cell phone providers do not offer this feature!! I even set up an auto redial app on my phone where as soon as I hang up it immedietly redials the number and I could still not get through. I called 358 according to my phone and could not get through.Forget this place. What kind of system is this? so unfair. what ever happened to walk in clincs accepting walk ins????

Receptionist was very rude from very beginning. Can't make an appointment when you walk in even though there isn't anyone in lobby, it's so dumb. I cant make an appointment through the phone as the line is never reachable.. They do not care about you. Healthcare right now in this province is in shambles. Disappointed. Still searching for medical access :(

Some times you have to wait a little while to get through on the phone, but I have always been able to get an appointment. Receptionists are very nice and easy to deal with. Doctors have been really good as well! Friendly, good with my kids, really listened to my issues and did a great job of explaining everything to me.

Being new to the Maritimes, I am left without a family physician. I am so happy that I stumbled upon the Mountain Road clinic. The receptionist was very caring and sympathetic to my situation. She took the time to speak with me and understand my concerns. She was able to provide me an appointment with a physician on a couple of occasions. It is comforting to know that there is a clinic that you can rely on for care in the city. Highly recommend!
