We worked with Snazzy to finish our kitchen remodel as well as a full bathroom renovation. The Snazzy team did a great job. Dalton took his time in the planning stage with us, going over every detail during multiple site visits. During the project, we were super impressed with their project manager, Alex. She was organized, professional, and quick to reply. The Snazzy team showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. We're so happy with the work they've done and can't wait to work with them on future projects!

Dalton Reid is a perfectionist and wants to get us exactly what we are looking for. His attention to detail is beyond what we’ve seen in other builders or contractors. He was patient and listened to what we wanted. At the same time, he is able to offer insight as to what is best for us today as well as what we should do to get the beat best value if we should ever decide to sell.Amazing company to work with!!

We had been very happy with Snazzy during the design phase of our project, but when we had to cancel the project due to some external factors in life, a stunning amount of unprofessional behaviour came out.After terminating the project, we asked for a closeout invoice that pays Snazzy for time spent against the deposit we placed to start the contract, and it's been more than 5 months and we still haven't received it. No transparency, and they've stopped responding to our messages. We just want to close things out fairly and we have offered countless opportunities to communicate about it and haven't gotten a word back. If it were a timing/circumstance/cashflow issue, we could have worked something out, but the lack of response seems to indicate a desire to defraud us of the balance of the deposit.So while other reviews say the quality of the work is good, my experience points to shady business practices should things go wrong.

So many good things to say about Snazzy Construction, Dalton Reid and his crew!Great work ethics: knowledgeable, skilled, timely, respectful, efficient, and tidy, with safety and budget constantly in mind.Creativity: accommodating and adjusting to my combined ecological, economic and aesthetics views. Dalton and crew come up with innovated solutions to the challenges of a new building system (that is a first for this team and only the 4th house ever built with these blocks)Personable Qualities. Dalton Reid is a listening, sincerely caring and insightful person, He is a great mentor as a leader not only with me, but for me and as well, for his crew.Very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

Very disappointing.. I have been trying to call for weeks and no one ever answers, or return my calls. I will be going elsewhere for my home renovation needs. Dalton C Reid... I expected better from you.. Its sad that you wont put your name on your website.. Are you hiding again..

He worked tirelessly, quietly and steadily to make the things that I wanted happen and to reach out with support where necessary. His attention to detail was extremely important to me.Gavin was an exemplary Project Manager and an amazingly skilled builder and tiler. He made me feel confident at every step. He was always cheerful, respectful and efficient and positive. He listened carefully, addressed any concerns and answered any questions promptly. It was hugely important that I could just sit back and feel confident that the work would be done and done well. It was a delight to have him working in my small home.I cannot imagine not having hadSnazzy’s support through this process.
