My experience with ResCom has been absolutely brilliant. I had thousands of questions. Each time I asked, always answered with patience and good laughs. Kyle came to my home and we instantly hit it off. what I needed based on what he saw (in my home) and listening to what I liked, we came up with something gorgeous. He took his time, was with me for over an hour and we had some good laughs.Loved working with him!

Overpriced blinds, mediocre quality, and slow service. There are so many better (and cheaper) blind stores out there. ResCom Designs was a huge disappointment and I regret ever having purchased from them. To top it off, their customer service is abysmal. Kyle and Kathy were patronizing and dismissive throughout the process. Worst experience I've ever had with a company!

Kyle came highly recommended from another friend so we had him over to install some motorized blinds for our new patio door. Kyle did an amazing job, everything was done on time and on budget. The installation was quick and easy. He even found me a bridge to allow me to remotely control the blinds. Perfect job. I would recommend Kyle and his team to anyone looking to upgrade their window coverings!

ResCom Designs made and installed blinds in our new home. We are very satisfied with the work done, and in particular with our dealings with Kathy and Kyle... they were always professional, courteous and helpful. Appointments were always scheduled to suit us, Kyle arrived punctually and always with a happy, friendly greeting even although he had just spent over an hour in QEW traffic. We had three separate orders and installations, they responded quickly to even minor issues. We chose Geiger blinds so it was an expensive project and in hind sight we would maybe have gone with a less expensive fabric. We would strongly recommend ResCom Designs if you are in the market for this service.

Kyle and his team were extremely professional and we love our new roller shades. The blackout is perfect in our room and the light filtering allows so much light in our living room without any glare on the TV screen. ResCom's team came in and took out our awful heavy drapery and our hanging vertical blinds that were falling apart as part of the process for us. Our only regret is that we didn't make the switch three years ago when it first crossed our mind.Kyle also was kind enough to swing by and quickly fix one of our chains after it was caught on the window knob and snapped by our own fault. Wonderful customer service!! Would highly recommend them for all of your window covering needs.
