Gym is decent it is a bit more of a club but even if you are with them for years and look to cancel it will become a borderline scam. I would not suggest committing payments to this gym unless you are extremely rich and money is of no concern and you do not care about your time, once you commit you will have to jump through some impressive hoops to cancel if you move away. 100% not worth it.

I assisted my daughter with registering for a membership at Movati.The staff who assisted us was Becky" and she was excellent. Very courteous and polite and took the time to explain the membership details clearly.The gym appears to be very spacious and clean. All of the staff we encountered were friendly

Dont sign up for more than 30 dollars bi weekly otherwise you're being ripped off.Members pay rates of 30/35/40/50 bi weekly for the same services.Just depends on when you go to sign up and who you speak to.

A bit of a scam gym. They could work on their policies to benefit the people more then themselves. I let them know when I signed up that I would be returning to work hours that conflicted with daycare times. Instead of encouraging me to try a one month pass I got talked into a contract. Then told by an employee I would sell my membership on Facebook market place, but it goes strictly against Facebook standards. Been paying $70 for a membership now that I can't even attend. I really did like it there but they should have encouraged me to try month by month until I knew if it was going to work for me or not. I feel totally scammed by this gym and it's employees.

The gym itself is great. But if you’re the type that needs to join classes, it’s pretty much impossible to sign up during half of the year because there are too many people and there are not enough classes. So if you’re okay with wasting 400$ plus for those months then I recommend but if you want to be consistently enrolled in classes then I would recommend actually joining specific classes elsewhere that guarantee you a spot.Also, you can’t really cancel. I guess you can but it’ll turn itself into a scam.

Honestly trapped in this membership, trying to sell it. The only features they have that the other gyms don't is a pool which...who cares. It's 100$ a month, no real stretch area, you don't have access to any rooms unless you're in a class, no place to do yoga, or your own body weight exercises, no mirrors in the stretch area, so if you're trying to not mess up a pose or movement, you have no idea what you look like. No massage chairs or water beds. They have these membership appreciation events you have to PAY to go to LOL like for bad food and some drinks to appreciate the fact that they gouge you for money, and you have to pay to go. I don't know, I know myself and quite a few others have begged management to just unlock the one room that's a smaller version of crunch and good life's yoga area and they refuse for no reason or explanation. Once they have your money, their service falls. The saving grace are the few employees that are also fed up with lazy upper management and feel the same way the members do.

Terrible customer service. Incompetent staff. I came in to switch my membership and even though 3 different people called about me doing this, not one staff member told us we needed an appointment. I had a newborn at home and was told I had to wait about an hour to be available since there was no appointment. They could have at least offered me a free beverage while waiting!!!Another staff signed me up when I first started and he was fired so I was not promised anything he offered me. They didn’t offer me anything in return.I would not recommend going here to anybody and would highly advise to go to a different gym with excellence customer service and to find staff who can actually do their job and not giving you excuses/apologies!!Ridiculous!!!!!

You won't find a better gym facility in Canada. Movati is the best. Its clean, big enough for a good air flow, variety of classes are pleasantly shocking:) And i want to mention the personal trainers, they are awesome! My PT is movement specialist , i highly recommend Lucas, his knowledge is huge! Big thank to the janitors! They are doing magic:)

Honestly it’s over hyped for the price. The facility gets packed, it’s hard to book a class unless you know in advance and book as soon as it opens. Constantly kids horse playing in the pool. I can think of countless times I ran into kids wrestling in the pool in my lane. Half the times there is no towels available even though you pay for towel service. The family swim takes up a large portion of lane swim time, and at ideal hours on Sundays. Don’t think about going to lane swim after family swim, the change rooms are disgusting. Their hours on weekends are horrible for the price paid. The hot tub, steam rooms, and even the pool break down constantly with no notification thro the app or website. I just expected more for the price being SO expensive. I’d take your money and go somewhere else.
