PJC Jean Coutu

Worst Jean Coutu in town. The pharmacy itself is the slowest you will come across, I’ve never seen anything like it. As for the rest of the store, staff are nice, helpful people but it’s not very well-stocked. I only use that store/pharmacy as my last/emergency option.

Worst pharmacy ever. The staff does not understand what NO means. I had my prescription sent to this pharmacy by my doc and I asked whoever called me to NOT prepare it. So I can have the freedom to go to any Jean Coutu convenient for me. Guess what happens? I go to a different Jean Coutu and they tell me they can't prepare my prescription because it has already been prepared elsewhere.This has happened 3 times!And so I have no choice but to show up to THIS Jean Coutu and the employee tells me it's NOT prepared and I have to wait.If you have time to waste come to this pharmacy. As for myself, I'll be changing pharmacy for my whole family. Terrible pharmacy!

This rating is for the pharmacy specifically....Recently suspected Covid, had it bad, lost my voice.Called for a PCR testing kit, hardly able to speak, but pharmacy tech was truly kind and understood.Furthermore went above expectations and organized that my daughter could pick up for me as i wad not in a state to get there.A+, shout out to Karen who is especially kind.

They asked for my credit card number because I had to pay for my prescription to be sent there. Two days later my credit card has been stolen, I should’ve known better to give my credit card over the phone but I had trusted that a PHARMACY would not employ thieves. I am absolutely livid, the credit card transactions were all in Montreal and took place 2 days after the call. The one and only time I gave my credit card number is the time it is stolen. Lesson learned, but I will never return to this pharmacy again. Absolutely disgusted by this treatment. Called to let the manager know and she was rude, claiming that it is completely not possible. Claimed that they “shred” all information, even though an employee called me a second time to confirm my credit card number a day later after giving it. Horrible service, horrible management, no customer care.

I don't go there anymore since they lost my prescription. They're disorganized and lack accountability; either pick up all your meds on the prescription or forget they ever existed.The prices and quality for government pictures aren't competitive either. You're better off going supporting small local stores.

Pretty good as far as pharmacies go in the area given that the JC on Cote st Luc is a disaster and should probably be investigated by the OPQ. 9 times out of 10 the staff is very tact and efficient and if there’s an issue it’s resolved quickly. Pharmacists are super knowledgeable and take the time needed to explain things. However, I believe they hired a few new employees recently who seem highly aloof which can likely be solved with some more training. Otherwise, this pharmacy knows how to treat a pt right

This is the worst customer service that I have ever received in my life by this franchise of Jean Coutu! Imagine trying to explain that a digital picture was rejected online because it was not taken according to required specification only to be told to bring a proof. Great! I used my phone to show the proof only to be told rudely by Shawn, possibly a manager that there was nothing they could do because their system okay it. What is this? No empathy, no nothing that time was not on my side. Shawn was practically rude and I wondered is this real? Why will he or anyone do a job that won't put a smile on customers face? Asking me to come next day with a paper proof from the government site. This is absolutely not fair considering time frame.This is unacceptable at all!

Have been going for years. Love the staff. Occasionally they hire people who are unpleasant but they never last long. Good selection of goods. Happy to be able to have prescriptions delivered when needed.

Staff is rude, I get misgendered constantly as well. Pharmacist isn't professional at all. Very slow service. They have forgotten multiple ordered to prepare my medication in advance.
