Walmart Supercentre

I'm an American, but I know how helpful our wonderful Canadian neighbors can be when someone asks for it. I had an uncomfortable experience at the WM in Grand Forks, and I posted my review on Google Maps. I set a modest goal of trying to get the store to lose one customer per day, or 400 at the end of the year. I ordered a deep freeze online took 3+ weeks to arrive I pick it up bring it home it's damaged so I call to ask what they can do for me as I am not a satisfied customer and I don't want to wait another 3 weeks on a new one which could also show up damaged as it's just a large dent and still works but they couldn't even send me a gift card or partial refund ....yet in store all damaged goods are discounted.....what's the freaking difference other than a waste of time and lots of frustration! TRIPLE CHECK ALL YOUR ORDERS their customer satisfaction is NON EXISTENT!!!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at my local Walmart, and I must say that my experience surpassed all expectations. Had a passport photo done last week. They give you something that checks boxes of biometric photo requirements so that it looks like it’s fine, but mine were rejected at the passport office for being too grainy. Such a waste of time there and then to get new ones done and now to try to get a refund. As a review below states, go to the ups in wpg square.

terrible customer service. Waited in line with a cashier who wasn't able to properly help an older gentleman with discounted items that were on sale. Instead of reaching out to a co-worker or manager, she struggled to figure it out causing others to wait for extended amount of time. No signs of management on the floor to assist those who need it. I don't blame her, I blame the store for not being able to manage a store as a whole. Not the only time I've noticed this

Was there around 9:00pm with my elderly mother with vision problems and a cart full of groceries,Tried to buy butter that was advertised in the weekly flyer and didn’t have any after asking the manager for a rain check, was told they don’t do rain checks anymore and that that store did not carry the brand. We also had to purchase beauty items in the special beauty area and he didn’t offer to put the items in a bag and when asked if he had a bag he said they do not. What is the point of having me purchase my items there (which I’m assuming is for security reasons) if you are not going to wrap them in some way to indicate they were purchased…I had to put them in my purse and there were numerous items. When we’re finished our shopping and going to pay, the only tills that were open were at self checkout with numerous employees standing around doing nothing. We were not the only people that did not want to use self checkout for various reasons. This was the worst experience we have ever had at any Wal-Mart and we won’t be back at this location. We hope you improve your services in the future as this was not a pleasant experience.

1 star. Used to be a customer till I worked there. As a customer, used the omni department numorously. A handful of times, stuff was missed. Customer service was always bad and didn't understand why till I started working. They don't train people properly. Jus stick them on a computer for a few days and that's their training. Nothing but bad vibes. No departments work together and they have the everyone is replaceable" mentality. No wonder why the good workers don't last long. Stay away from the omni department if you are planning on getting a job there. It's not worth the minimum wage and the managers there are corrupted."

Lots of plant based options in stock. Good prices on frozen produce and best juice prices in the city.Lady working in self checkout early this evening was very friendly, and the security guards also had a friendly attitude from what I could tell, which is not the case at many of the big grocery stores in the city so that makes a big difference.

This store is absolutely the dirtiest store I’ve ever been in. The checkout stands are so dirty. I didn’t even want to scan my groceries. Absolutely disgusting!!!
