I was there this morning (Friday) just before open as I did some shopping in the superstore, around 8:50 I checked out and decided to wait for the wine rack location to open for 9am. While I was waiting an employee posted a note saying they'd be opening a few minutes late". A few minutes was fine

I have found all of the employees of Wine Rack to be very knowledgeable and helpful, but this particular location (inside the Superstore on Oxford) has a particularly standout employee.Henry is always so upbeat and positive in his greetings and service.I've had down days where a quick stop by this shop has lifted my mood. He's always so cheerful and happy to go the extra mile to help.Cheers to Henry!!

Great experience, Henry was on-point suggesting wines for light weekend fare. Found orange wine and Wallaroo trail shiraz which are not easily found in Ontario. Gem of a location!

I always get great service at this location. The friendly and knowledgeable staff do a great job of balancing attentiveness while allowing time to browse.I also accidentally left my wallet there on a busy Friday evening and they held it for me with everything intact, cash included. It was my mistake but it makes me appreciate them so much more for noticing and helping reunite me with my stuff! Thank you for all your service over the years :)
