Okanagan Orthodontics is hands down the best. Between their staff and Dr. Mulgrew my 2 years of having braces absolutely flew by. Their accommodating, friendly and extremely helpful and keep you in the loop on all of your progress. I just had my braces taken off today and I can definitely say that they went above and beyond for me, and the gifts that I was given were a pretty awesome bonus too!Thank you for making me fall in love with my smile. You guys are all so wonderful and brought tears to my eyes!

The reception staff is not very friendly and not at all accommodating or willing to work around school and work schedules. Although the office is open until 4, they will not book a 40 minuet appointment at 3. Unless you plan on taking time off work for all your appointments or have someone able to take your kids to appointments, I would recommend Kelowna Orthodontics instead. Much more accommodating and the staff is friendly and offer great customer service.

I don't know what kind off kick back this orthodontist get from tooth zone, but almost half of my daughter class who goes here get recommended to this orthodontist. They wanted to take-out 4 of the adult teeth on my 11 year old girl instead what was previously discus just put a metal spacers in. Most of them not even grown out so it would be by surgery. I was horrified when they told me! And the price was astronomical. I called multiple times the office asking to get another option but doctor didn't bother to call back just her assistant .Luckily I did some research and got my orthodontist from Europe look at the xray and another orthodontist here in Kelowna. It was unnecessary and rush procedure. I would highly recommend to look around before spending huge money on procedure that is not needed just to get your money and fast solution. I would never go back!!! Trust your instinct!!!

This is a fantastic orthodontic office! I got my braces here 10 years ago and came back again to get a new retainer this year. The braces went amazing and so did this process! The team is amazing and hasn’t changed a bit, still as good to me when I was 15 and now. Thanks team!

Whenever I went for an appointment, I always felt so welcomed! The team at Okanagan Orthodontics is so awesome, and I’m very happy with my new smile! I received excellent treatment in a caring and professional way.

Dr Mulgrew and team were amazing at making feel welcome and were always quick to accommodate last minute adjustments. My kids now see Dr Mulgrew as well based on how great my experience was. Thank you for making me smile with my teeth!

Wow, not only is Dr. Mulgrew a great orthodontist, the entire team at the clinic is beyond kind, well trained, and just so pleasant to be around. From the first initial visit where they informed me how they could help, to putting the braces on, taking them off, and all the adjustments in-between, I constantly had amazing care. I had two incidents where I broke a bracket off and they were so understanding and got me into the schedule to get it fixed. I had a lot of work to correct and yet I only had my braces for just over two years! I got them off this morning and I can’t believe these are my teeth! I can’t begin to explain how happy I am for investing in straightening my teeth with this office :) its honestly a little bittersweet since I love going, but I’m also happy my teeth are finally straight! Overall, I would definitely recommend them!

Every experience I had at Okanagan Orthodontics was top tier. I had braces for 4 years, and can honestly say Dr. Mulgrew, and ALL the staff, were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Through the journey of braces and jaw surgery, Dr Mulgrew and staff had the utmost compassion. I had to book in for retainers twice in two weeks this month, and they fit me in happily! The reception staff was always very friendly, and personable. I highly recommend them! I am so happy with my fresh new smile!

Dr Angie Smith and the team at Okanagan Orthodontics have been truly amazing. The kindness, professionalism and compassion every single person at the clinic has shown me the past three years has really made me a little at loss for words. Being an adult and starting this big journey was overwhelming at first but they made everything so much more calm and put my nerves at ease. I had top and bottom jaw surgery as well and again everything was very seamless and considerate and they made it all so easy to go through all the steps and work with an amazing surgeon (Dr. Bell!) I could see they would always go above and beyond for me and all their patients. I recommend this amazing team for all your orthodontic needs! It is so worth it. I got my braces off today. Words can't explain how life changing it really is. Thank you Dr Angie Smith and team. You all are top notch.

My wife had her braces done here. Her teeth were a mess prior to coming here. Now her teeth are perfect. Even better, she has done nothing but smile every minute since taking the braces off. Incredible work is done here. Thanks for the amazing work you did on my wife’s teeth.
