I like Midas, these guys always help me out so much. I live in Montreal but I’ve had such a wonderful experience with them I take my Van to them because I know I will be served with kindness and efficiency. The bonus is there’s a nice little strip mall and stores around to explore and shop when I visit them. They are pretty fast so I can usually get my vehicle back in a couple hours.I’m very grateful for the hard work they’ve done to keep this old van moving on the road. I will have to see them again soon, and I know I’m safe in their hands.

Price was good, customer service was good but I had 1 tire with low pressure and they didn't even bother leveling the air....went for an oil change...

Very bad experience. It cheated me. I went there to make an alignement. I have changed all parts relative. The mechanic checked my car, said I have to change some parts, otherwise can not make alignment. I said no. It charged me $ 35 for checking. I went to an other garage, without changeing any parts, they made alignment in 30 minutes.

They are super accommodating. They always have time to answer my questions, they are honest and do what they can. Are they the best? Who knows! Expertise is dependent on the mechanics but so far I've always had a 10/10 service. They don't judge and they don't push.

55 minutes for an oil change! While waiting I'm told I need work done that's important and shown an estimate". One of the things was about $77 with an approximate $59 install charge. I will never go back. I've never waited so long for an oil change and to pay $59 for 30 mins work to install a $77 part

First visit oil change, tire rotation, safety check, all was good. Later everything seemed to go wrong, I paid over 1800 and still not happy.Third visit they charged me for the code reader and an estimate of over 1,000. They should have noticed this the first visit. I will never go back.

I gave my car for oil change and routine maintenance and when i got my car back, there was a major oil leak (right after maintenance). I went back to service center and i was told this happened after I received my car. I asked them how much will it cost to get this fixed and they gave me an estimate of 1600$. I went to local mechanic post that and he only charged me 250$ for this repair.During the repair, he told me that oil was not changed in your engine and somebody broke this gasket intentionally as it’s not possible for it to get damaged while driving. So clearly Midas is scamming people. If you are really looking for good service, contact local dealers.
