Atripco Delivery Service

I've used Atripco to retrieve my teenager's lost phone from our local transit lost & found, ship packages for me, and I have received parcels to my door. It has always been great service and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Using Atripco was an expensive mistake. Almost every package they took got lost, and we just got endless stories about how they couldn't figure out how to do simple deliveries.

We have been working with Atripco for 9 months now and they continue to impress us. From the GM to the Warehouse Manager to the Driver, they provide us with nothing but steady and reliable service. They have been quick to adapt to the ever changing needs of our business and we are grateful for their support.

We have a weekly delivery handled by Atripco Calgary. It has been well until they changed a courier one month ago. Three times in a row that courier was let in a condo building but just placed the package in the lobby and left. That is a food package. There are many people passing by in the lobby each day. Don't use the COVID guideline as an excuse. Why other couriers can deliver packages at the unit's doorstep but you just can't?

Weekly delivery but items are left in a publicly accessible area of the high rise despite posted instructions. Limited mobility with lifting so doing this instead of delivering to my door puts me at risk of further injury. Drivers two deliveries in a row have refused to use the buzzer as well, which is connected to my cell phone, at least if I knew when items were arriving I could ask someone for help if they refuse to do their job. The website is outdated and no way to actually track ETA of items. They only get marked as delivered 5-6 hours after delivery. Hopefully HF will find another courier because this is unacceptable. Will likely be canceling the service in favour of another because of the courier choice.

Good place to shop and good prices

One of the worst Job i dont wanna recommend any body to work in this job specifically in The Atripco Delivery service located in Calgary Ab . My journey started on October 2021 and i was agreed to deliver Hello fresh and chefs plate to red deer and the verbal agreement was 5 per box , they dont have proper training , they ask the employee to give you guidance about what to do , honestly no body cares infact it's not their buisness ( employees) due to unorganized stuff and worst ever supervision and training i was sent to red deer , the day i stared i was there from early 7am till 12 mid night for two days . and later on after couple weeks they just deducted 0.50$ from ech box , they lied on me and brock their promise .I saw the supervisers Kill hard workers and keep losing the value of the companey , i i were the owner i would fire the superviser with in friction of seconds , and later on i said i will quite and told them to fine some one else and they told me again they will give me 5$ per box after one month , trust me they after 9 days she (superviser ) told me i am not approved for 5 dollar , i didnt ask them to 5 dollar but i asked them to quite and they pretend that i asked and waiting for approval they already told me to keep working with 5 dollar so again they lied and told me am not gonna get back my money , i had minivan she told me i changed it to Cargo van i can get more boxes they i sold my minivan and bought cargovan and they asked me if i can change my mobile plan from freedom to Telus and i changed my phones plan too still i was sucrificing .Then twice i got 28 box and 38 from calgary to reddeer just working as a slave for them . Infact they were unlucky cuz they lose me Honestly . So finally my vehicle alternator was stolen so i cant drive and emailed them they reply me to get rented and to deliver . If you guys are planning to work to atripco pelase consider all the issue what they do .They lie , they broke all the agreement and just bunch of consipiracy inside .Even i didnt get full of my deposit due to work other wise i will contact them again .
