We visited Montreal to watch an NHL game. My son accidentally left his hoodie at the Bell Centre (which had a lot of sentimental value). I contacted Jotjat hoping they could help. Without hesitation they picked it up, boxed it, sent it to Canada Post and we received it in a timely manner.Excellent service, great communication and they went above and beyond for my family.
