Some of the best shop service I've ever experienced and I travel all over BC to ride. The staff we're very friendly/knowledgeable and even at peak times they are quicker than average! I'll be back next time I'm in Sooke.

May know about mountain bikes but not much else - sold me a bar to load my bike(which I told him weighs 50lbs) on rack - I later noticed a sticker stating max weight 14 kg. Took it back and couldn't find my receipt so stuck with a store credit. Not impressed!

If i could leave zero stars i would. The owner of Sooke Mountain Cycle on Anna Marie rd. Sooke, B.C was supposed to fix my bike but instead left my full suspension Giant in worse mechanical condition then before bringing it to him. Bottom bracket and cranks were installed wrong and loose and my disk breaks installed backwards, and he left 3 big scratches on my frame! When i pointed out his shotty workmanship he just shrugged it off and said oh well

This wonderful little shop saved my longweekend biking from being a total loss. Lorien, the gentleman who helped me out, is an adept bicyle repair technitian. He was able to fix my bicycle in less than an hour. He was friendly and profesional. I highly recommend his services to all cyclists in need of a reapir. He also has a sound gear selection at his store. Thank you!
