I have nothing but great things to say about Michelle and her team at Downtown Dog Services! She is flexible with her scheduling and my ever changing needs as a healthcare professional and my crazy schedule. Her excellent services allow me to focus on my job, as she takes great care of my puppy and keeps me updated with texts and pictures. I know he is in good hands with both herself and the small group of dogs she has specifically chosen to walk him with based off of his needs. His leash etiquette has also definitely improved since walking with her! I 100% recommend Michelle and her team for anyone in the area in search of a reliable and safe dog walker.

I would strongly recommend Downtown Dog Services. Our dog can get quite anxious, and initially I was nervous about having a stranger come and walk her. Michelle and team took the time to get to know her and make her comfortable, and their focus on small walking groups, safety, and local walks gave us confidence and peace of mind. They've been walking our dog for over two years now and we are very happy customers!

Amazing Cat Sitter!I'm so happy to have Michelle and Downtown Dog Services care for my 2 cats when I travel!Each time I travel, Michelle has been able to give me peace of mind in that I know my felines are well taken care of. I get daily pics and updates to know they're safe, I know they have fresh water and are being fed, and best of all - my girls get daily litter box clean up.Since she's been taking care of them, both cats have taken very nicely to her. They no longer hide, but come out and seek pets, treats and conversations with her. She's offered to include brushing and play-time in each visit too. My girls are very comfortable with her and so am I.Michelle and Downtown Dog Services have been taking care of my cats for about 6 months now. She's been highly communicative and has kept me posted on all visits. I've never had any issue and highly recommend her services.

We have been using Downtown Dog Services ever since we brought our little guy home at about 8 weeks old. We started with the daily puppy visits, then transitioned over to the hour long group walk. Michelle runs a great business. She is always great with communications and very punctual. She takes such great care of my puppy Sunday, he has even picked up some good leash etiquette from their daily walks. We have been using Downtown Dog Services for a while now for our 5 month old puppy. Michelle and her team have been great!We were impressed with Michelle from first contact. She’s prompt, professional and clearly knows a lot about dogs. On our first meeting we mentioned a command that we were struggling with and she was able to get our puppy to do it immediately.They’re super easy to communicate with, are always reliable and on time. They took care to match our boy with a walking partner who’s a good fit for him. Michelle will let us know how he did after his walks. It’s a comfort to know that our boy is okay while we’re out.Our puppy’s leash walking has improved hugely since he started walking with Downtown, to the point that we have them come in even when we’re home. Its also a good opportunity for him to get some supervised socialization. It’s reassuring and sweet to see how excited he is to see Michelle when she arrives. Rates are very reasonable, invoices are clear and on time.We’re very happy with Michelle and her team and we know our boy is, too. Highly recommend.

We have been using Downtown Dog Services for almost a year since my puppy was 12 weeks old, and have had the best experience! Michelle is clearly a big dog-lover and also professional and very easy to communicate with. Also, very flexible when we have had to make last minute changes on a couple of occasions. Our dog walker Laura is also lovely and so friendly and caring. Would highly recommend!!
