The UPS Store

I used this ups store to do some international Amazon returns and the process was dead simple and easy. The staff member was very nice and helpful. I had to fill out a form for one of the return items and he helped me though the process.

I am not normally one to write reviews, however it must be mentioned that Kamal provided incredible customer service. He helped me track down a package that had been lost for over a month and found a solution after many dead ends. Kamal turned the experience from a negative to a positive one and finally got my package after I was told it would be returned to sender.

Had a lousy experience at this location. A small parcel I ordered was shipped directly to this UPS store, and I received notification that it was ready for pick up. When I came in, the gentleman insisted my parcel was not there, since nothing came up under my home address. I assured him that my home address wouldn't be on the parcel since it came directly to the UPS location, but he again told me it wasn't there. I left and went back home, double checking all the delivery information, to make sure I was correct.The next day I called the store, hoping to speak with someone else who would be more willing to help. The woman I spoke with was able to confirm the parcel was in the store, and like I had been saying all along, had the UPS address on it rather than my home address. When I asked if the parcel could be delivered to my home (since UPS had made a mistake) she told me that service was unavailable and I'd have to come in and pick it up.I had to make two separate trips just to pick up this small parcel. My total driving time was over an hour since I don't live close, and was frustrating having to waste more of my day over the carelessness and laziness of an employee. Had he taken an extra couple minutes to listen to me and look for my parcel, this whole situation could have been avoided.I will not be using this location for any more of my parcel pickups.

Amazing management team with excellent service. I first went to the UPS Walmart on Woodlawn road and despite Google saying they were open they were closed. I quickly drove over to the silvercreek store and they were absolutely great. Clean store front and very polite staff. I was greeted by a gentleman named Manav that assisted me wonderfully.Could not recommend this UPS store more.

For years I have relied on the printing services at the Silvercreek store. Although it has not been seamless, I now have the same great customer service. It is a pleasure to work with the staff who are so hard-working to get it right. Thank you so much Ankrit and Danielle for your diligence and dedication.

I will never use these guys again. Sent an antique car part from Canada to Michigan for repair.57 dollar import fee for something that came from Canada in the first place.never again UPS,very dissatisfied with your company

I spent $88.70 to have my daughter's birthday gifts delivered. Out of two one is broken. I'am at a loss financially and expectation wise . What was suppose to be a beautiful surprise did not happen.Going forward I believe you should remind the delivery personnel that they screwed up.

This drop off centre is gross and disgusting. The floor needs vacuum and it stinks like something rotten in there. The owners do not care about their way. Their store looks. It’s very slippery. The floors have salt all over them and there’s pieces of paper everywhere.

Had a very convenient and innovative printing experience for my local campaign regarding awareness of mental health and abuse in the Guelph area. The owner not only designed the campaign pamphlets but also reached out to the community in his maximum capacity.We need more small businesses like this.Thankyou for your service.
