The worst experience ever ! Went in to insure my same motorcycle I had insure last year ... ( witch they made a mistake last year when i canceled it ) and they insure one that I had stolen 3 years ago !! I didn't realize it till I went on a trip to the Vancouver island... when I got back it took over an hour sitting in the office to fix it , then I leave and I get a phone call a day later that I need to come back it's still not done ! How dose a company that deals with this daily make so so many mistakes. Out of the whole staff that was there .. only one girl Arianna knew what she was doing .. I thank her very much for her help ... but I would not recommend going there for any of ur basis insurance needs !

Westland provides the best services, before coming to them we were mis guided by some other insurance company and they made us charge about 300 bucks, the employee sandeep kaur is very professional with her work, she guided us in right direction and fixed our insurance policy. Now our insurance is very much reasonable. She is very polite, knowledgable and experienced. Sandeep kaur definitely deserve some recognition. Thank you for the great service and saving our money.
