United Rentals saved my weekend! We were celebrating with close family my mother's 70th birthday (6 of us) on the weekend. On Tuesday morning we noticed we had a backed up kitchen sink. The store bought snake had no effect. I called a plumber, and they promised next day service. They fell through, and so I called 5 more plumbers - all were booked until anywhere from Monday until Thursday the following week. I called United Rentals, and they had an industrial auger/snake available. For about $40 and 30 minutes of work, I got our drain unclogged. A little effort and one call to United Rentals saved me over $100 and almost a week of waiting for a simple fix.

5 star review based on customer service. See below story: rented what looked like a brand new 2-person auger. This thing couldn't go through normal Kamloops silt. over a roughly 4 hour period barely 9 holes were drilled. The joke with my buddy was it was a “manure auger”. No charge for using it. glad to see a company to stand behind its stuff. Reference using an older rental auger from another company did about 40 holes in 4 hours in same material.
