(Update)Very disappointed. Couple years back brought motorcycle tires to be mounted and balanced and was told $25 a tire. When I showed up to pick them up I was charged extra for “ balancing beads” that they said they put into the tire. Became $45 a tire.Well today changed the rear tire myself to find no signs of any balancing beads. No dust, no powder or beads.I phoned about this problem today to be told that they just “break down” and was told that if the tech said he put them in that he put them in.I’m a certified tire technician and have done tires with balancing beads in them and it’s normally noticeable when swapping tires over that they have been in the tire.I’ve checked the front tire and it has beads in it and can clearly hear them.I’m very disappointed how they handled it and just shrugged it offJust warning people to watch out for paying “extra” on parts that they “clam” to put in.Just because they say they did doesn’t mean they did.

Helpful sales and service. We bought a 3K kW generator for our camper. It had an issue on the first weekend, and we brought it back to get inspected. Throughout the winter, parts were on back order, but the guys did everything they could to get us up and running. By spring, and our first camping trip, they ended up replacing the generator for us, had it prepped and ready for us to pick up on our way to the campground. They went above and beyond making sure we didn’t miss a beat. Thanks guys!

In early Dec 2022, we bought 1 x Kenda BearClaw HTR (radial) tire for our 2019 UTV (to replace existing defective oval shape tire). Ron and his inner shop's Tire Tech answered all my newbie type questions and Ron sold best tire selling price as well. Currently, we're in the midst of buying 4 x new Kenda HTR tires for our 2011 ATV. Great selling prices and Ron continues to answer my +1 sizing & pricing questions with a smile. Best of all, Ron is allowing us to by 2 x new tires in Jan and 2 x tires in late Fed / early March (using quoted early Jan 2023 prices).
