Melanie is the best RMT in the city. She is very professional and knows EXACTLY what she is doing. She has no issues explaining to you what muscles needed extra work and will give you stretches to do at home (or in your office!) to help with troubled areas! Highly recommend.

I had an appointment. I was on time and Melanie was running late with another client because they were chatting, or as she put it, her last client likes to talk a lot.When I arrived she opened the door and asked me to wait for a few more minutes outside.Which would have been fine, life happens. What is not ok is the lack of communication. At no point did she message me to let me know that she was running late and to wait in my vehicle if I had one or the option to wait elsewhere.She did not have a waiting area for me to wait in so if you have bussed or walked be prepared to wait outside.Unfortunately I would not recommend seeing her. When I spoke to her on the phone she was very matter of fact with no remorse as to wasting my time or having me go back into the cold. Her lack of compassion left a bad taste in me.

Melanie is wonderful and a great human being. She listens to the client and understand it. She even helps to give proper recommendations. Does a great massage and will always return back.

Melanie is a lovely human being who does amazing work. She is personable and kind. Her hands are magic and she has helped alleviate debilitating pain and genuinely cares about helping her clients. I have moved to Toronto and I will still try to see her whenever I am in town!

If you are looking for the absolute BEST Registered Massage Therapist in Ottawa and surrounding area I recommend Melanie with no reservations!! She studies and stays current and has helped with joint issues that not even a sports medicine doctor or physiotherapist could bottom! Besides that Melanie is professional, courteous and just a nice all around person to work with.

I just a 30 min massage and I am kicking myself for not doing the full hour. She worked all the sore spots easily within the 30 minutes but the relaxation n of herMassage is addictive. Will recommend to anyone. Thanks Melanie :)
