I have dealt with Leon’s Collingwood for 10 years. Their service is excellent, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, deliveries as agreed.They under promise and over perform.

My last few purchases at Leon’s this past year have been with Dan Smith. I haven’t been able to come into the store, but he has gone above and beyond to provide me exactly what I need via phone conversation and emails. I just received the mattress set I needed and couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Barb Hill is a knowledgable and professional sales associate with passion and great talent to listen and understand the customers needs. Unfortunately the support staff at the Collingwood location do not share the same standards and care for the customer, I did an appliance pick up and have never encountered or been treated so poorly by an individual in my life, the shipper/receiver made a pleasant experience into the worst of my life and it is obvious that this will not be addressed!I suggest that if you want to shop Leons- Barrie location would be worth the drive.Roger Lamoureux

Good selection of furniture. Some good sales.Very friendly helpful sales people, Michael was our sale associate and he helped us purchase a recliner chair.He was very patient answering all our questions and was knowledgeable about the product.

I have clicked on one star, but they don’t even deserve that. They are nothing other than horse traders. We bought a $8,000.00 couch from Leons. We also bought the extended warranty that was explained to us as a complete watchdog over the coach. When it was delivered, some of the sectional parts were not only stained, But the frames were broken.At that time they were courteous enough to replace the sections where the frames were broken. It is now two years later, and the frames are again, falling apart, sagging, and the couch is also stained, although it was supposed to be scotch guarded.We complaind to Leon’s about the deficiencies in the furniture, and they initially said they would replace it. However, when it came time to take action, they claimed that they had already replaced enough of the furniture, and that they were not willing to honour any of the warranty or do any additional work for us. We have been good clients and bought a lots of other furniture at their store, and never had other complaints. Treating us this way, is an atrocity to say the least. I regret ever having spent money in a store that is so deplorable.

We have bought a few items in the last week.Dan Smith was our sales rep the first time so when we returned for a second purchase we requested his service again he went above and beyond to see to our needs.He is a definite customer service employee and we really appreciate the support and fantastic service.

Went into Leon’s Collingwood with my 4 year old son looking for a new mattress for him. We were approached by a salesperson Kevin who greeted us with a friendly smile and good morning. He asked if we needed any help and what we were looking for. Once I told him what we were hoping to find, he asked our budget, which I’ve never been asked before, and showed us many options to choose from. He never once pressured me in any way to make a decision and was very patient in answering all of my questions. I usually don’t like shopping in furniture stores as I feel like I’m being harassed and rushed, however this experience was the complete opposite! Kevin was a newer employee so he did have some help from his co worker Charlie, and both of them were absolutely great! We will definitely be back in the future, thanks for a great shopping experience!

My sales associate, Amanda Avery (from the Collingwood store), was exceptional. She went over-and-above in assisting me with my recent purchase!

We just purchased a fridge from Leons in Collingwood. We were treated with respect from time we called in the morning until the moment we left the same day with a floor model fridge. We were in a tough spot when our fridge stopped working and needed replaced immediately. We called many stores and nobody had the size fridge in stock for immediate purchase that would fit into our space. After speaking with Dan Smith from Leons they agreed to sell us a floor model to help us out! Dan saved the day! Thanks again for treating us so well! Much appreciated!
