My family and I have been patients of Pringle Creek dental for sometime now and it's been great. The office is neat and clean. The staff very professional, caring and friendly. I look forward to my dental visit. Doctors there are gentle, very thorough and informative. They explain every procedure and follow-up if necessary. For example, after my Root Canal Dr phoned the next day to ensure I was doing good. I will definitely recommend Pringle Creek Dental

Absolutely terrible with no respect or decency. My wife wanted to try a new dentist, so we booked an appointment for Wednesday Nov 23 at 3:40 Pm. My wife’s tooth is in loads of pain and decaying, This was explained while booking the appointment. She arrived at the dentist around 3:20 Pm and contacted the receptionist. What she was told at that point was that her appointment was canceled due to the fact the dentist was sick… The receptionist had no respect what so ever to call considering it was very last minute cancellation. An email was sent at 2pm not even 2 hours before my wife’s appointment. A lot of people don’t check emails all day long and thought of this being unprofessional. My wife is still in lots of pain with her decaying tooth and what the receptionist could offer was day that my wife has to work. The reviews look great for this place, but after dealing with something like this I would think twice about coming to this place for your teeth. God for bid if it is an emergency they may just cancel last minute like they have my wife. Very disappointed!!..

I have been a patient at Pringle Creek Dental for 28 years. I now bring my daughters here for their oral care also. The staff is friendly, personable, patient, and knowledgeable. Wait times at appointments are nil, and any concerns with my teeth I have ever had, have been efficiently addressed and resolved in a gentle and caring fashion. I would recommend Pringle Creek Dental to anyone looking for a new dental office!

Ive been a patient with Pringle Creek Dental since I was a child and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The staff are friendly and feel like family. My 2 year old daughter is now a patient as well and they are so patient with her. If you are new to the area and looking for a dentist , I highly recommend choosing them!

Fast professional experience! the Receptionist Judy was so kind and made me feel at home. The Hygienist Erin, she was very precise and put a lot of effort and heart into her job, super impressed she was without a doubt the best Ive had. This is definitely my new dental office

It had been many years since I had visited a dentist but I decided to go to Pringle Creek Dental as I have walked past their office many times. Upon contacting them online last summer, I had an appointment for an examination and first cleaning in less than a week. My next needed appointment was scheduled for very shortly after that. It was very easy to get setup with my personal dental insurance plan. All of the staff are very friendly and are very professional. They do a very thorough job with teeth cleaning and are always checking whether you are experiencing any discomfort during any procedures (which I wasn’t but I am glad they asked). I am able to get appointments that easily fit my schedule. They always follow up with you by email shortly before your appointment to re-confirm timing. I would recommend Pringle Creek Dental to anyone in Whitby and in the Pringle Creek area.

I have been a patient since I was a child. The office is very modern and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Judy (office manager) is always friendly and accommodates around my schedule. Tracy is my regular dentist hygienist and she always does a wonderful job. Dr. Damji is an amazing dentist who takes his time with each of his patients before and after seeing them.Highly recommend this place.

I have been with Pringle Creek Dental for approximately 30 years and have been very pleased with their staff and service for all of this time. The staff is friendly and always puts me at ease for any type of work being done on my teeth. They listen and answer all of my questions/concerns, i.e. in person or via phone or email.The office is clean and modern and in a good location with lots of parking, etc. I definitely give them a 5 star rating.

I've been going to Pringle Creek Dental for over 10 years, and find everyone to be very friendly and professional. Dr. Damji takes care to listen to concerns, and ensures that any procedures are pain-free! And, Tracy is the best hygienist I've ever been to, so careful with sensitive gums. It's also so handy having the office near our home and our kids' schools, so they can walk to appointments easily. Highly recommended.
