Viceroy Banquet Hall is a Great venue for small parties to Big wedding gatherings. Conveniently located, we had a great time and great memories from my Nephew’s wedding party Organized here . Very Modern Facility with Modern Taste of lightings , Screens and the Stagings. It has a very appealing entrance which pleases minds of every guest entering to this venue. Management is very helpful and cooperative from the time the party is booked to the date and helped us with our numerous needs . I strongly recommend Vice Roy Banquet for your next wedding Party destination.

The Viceroy is the BEST place to have an event. The service, the food, the atmosphere--INCREDIBLE! I booked viceroy this last weekend and let me tell, all of our guests were blown away by how delicious the food was! They have amazing pricing and the food that you get is out of this world (and such a variety too)! Seriously, the chef and the cooks are golden! Everything looked and tasted DELICIOUS! Prior to the wedding we had a tasting and it helped us decide on what we wanted to serve (super helpful). Not many venues do this! Also, shoutout to Pavi Sidhu he is BEST! He was able to ensure that the food and the rooms and everything were top notch and we are so grateful to him and their service. He is so personable and kind. It was a pleasure working with him and I cannot thank them enough for all of their amazing work. There was consistent communication as well which helped calm my nerves. The venue is gorgeous. We took our events photos there which saved us a lot in regards to travelling. We highly recommend the Viceroy Banquet Hall to everyone and anyone who is throwing an event. You won't be disappointed. My biggest reason for wanting to write the reviews is to people knows that owner of viceroy banquet hall is such a liar, never trust his word, he was telling us to 70 to 100 people for flat rate but at day of our party he just put 70 chairs and when we ask him to put more chair he was asking more many then what we book and he was very rude, disrespectful and give us our deposit money and close the gate. Never recommend to anyone 0/100 rate

How anyone has rated this any higher is baffling. Hands down worst experience and worst meal, I can't speak for others but no one at my table finished any of the food. Penne a la vodka was unseasoned pasta tossed with canned tomato sauce. It was just pasta and sauce and still, no amount of cheese could help that dish. Salmon smelled and tasted funky - likely why it was sooooo overdone, to the point of being dry and crumbly. Note to your chef - if a white substance starts to seep out of your salmon while cooking - ITS ALREADY OVERCOOKED. Fruit platter was served with rotten and dirty (you could actually see dirt/sand) grapes. We didn't even have plates for our dessert- we had to get napkins from the bar!!!The venue experience was like no other - when we got to our table, it reeked of vomit. Someone had previously reacted to the subpar food and the venue didn't bother to clean it up. The bathrooms, well ....Sticky floors, stench that no amount of febreeze can cover (mix between mold and a decaying carcass) and several stalls with no toilet paper. My favourite part of the evening however, was watching some random man who clearly worked there (but was not in uniform), walk back and forth from the kitchen, across the hall, between tables and guests, with plates of food from our service, to a back door at the other end of the hall.This is supposed to be a banquet hall right? Regardless of a clients budget or price point - a venue's standards should always be high. Honestly, I'm really insulted by this whole experience.

The bartender asked me if he was a slave and insisted i tip him. I had no cash because I'm not a cash carrying guy. I told him that I had no money and was being polite. He continuously hounded me for money and said I was lying. If i was the owner, i would not hire him to serve my guests. Completely unprofessional. He was the older gentlemen on Saturday May 6th in the east side banquet hall.

Best banquet hall in Toronto. Pavi is very nice and easy to deal with. He was there all throughout the party. Will definitely book future events here. The party was a blast.

Viceroy was ideal for us to host our christmas party. The location, food options and Pavi's timely communication were excellent. Pavi was just so easy to talk to, even the day of with added tables and extra stuff that we needed, he easily provided. All the transactions were also hassle free. Newly renovated Viceroy is a beautiful hall. We had our daughter's reception there in August. Everyone loved the place and food. Pavi treated us as we know him from longtime. Very friendly and polite.
