Maple dry cleaners has amazing customer service. They truly care about their clients. I came here to shorten my jeans and was satisfied by their work.

Contrary to any negative reviews here I have been serviced by Maple Dry Cleaners for 14+ years. They are great and very accommodating if required. 5 star!

Terrible dry cleaner, went there for a shirts and very minor repairs on suit jackets. The shirts all shrunk, were poorly ironed, had creases on them. It took them 2 tries to repair a loose button on a suit jacket. And when I told them about the issues the guy just tried to say that it was my fault, NEVER GO HERE, save your clothes and go somewhere else.

I've been going here for a number of years for my cleaning; which they are good at. However alterations they are a complete disaster. They attempted to shorten the sleeves of my blazer failing miserably by having one sleeve longer than other, cuffs were not straight, stitched outside of seams, bunching of fabric then burned both cuffs of each sleeve. Complete butcher job, they refused to refund my money hence I will refuse to be a customer. I went down the street to an actual tailor to repair and try and salvage my blazer.

I have been going to this place for three years because it is very close to me and there has been always a problem. I usually take suit shirts and there is always wrinkles, they claim that it is done by machin and if I want good iron by hand, I should ask for premium and not basic, which will be more expensive. She said I can wash shirts at home and take them for iron only to be cheaper!There was ink stain on cuff and she said it happens to a lot of shirts and it cannot be removes. I got a stain remover from walmart and cleaned it by myself!Last time I removed all stains on a white jacket and took it for iron only. When I got it back, there was one orange stain on left front side. I told them as soon as got it in the store and he claimed that it was there before. I told them that I am %100sure that there was no stain but both men were very rude and yelled at me and said I can pay to remove the stainI am not going to this place anymore. I pay the same price to another place and get much better service. These people loose their reputation over a few dollars. Too bad for them

THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! They ruined my jacket denied it even though I showed them and then refused a refund. DONT GO HERE!

I do not recommend this place. I went to get 5 items shortened to not be dragging on the floor. I get home try everything on and two items are fine. The other three one leg is shorter than the other and still touching the ground. I go back the next day and tell her, the first reply I get is no no no. I say I did not pay to have my pants still be on the floor. The first thing she does is go to the box of material to show me what she cut from my pants. So I asked why is one leg longer than the other? She said I should have told her when I came in one was shorter. There were brand new pants I never worn and had the same issue with three pairs after they were fixed. Because I did not want to pay more to fix a problem that was not my fault as I should have my pants back the same length on both legs, she said she would do it for free after a 5 min argument only if I mark myself where I want them cut and put the pin on the pants myself. I was upset because she was insanely defensive and would not help unles I paid again and she was talking over me. I went to another cleaners to pay again and he told me that on the first pair the pant was hemd diagonal on one leg and the other leg was an inch longer. The second pair one leg was shorter by almost an inch and the third pair again one leg was shorter and the other diagonal. I would rate a 0 on this review if I could. Barez cleaners is 2 min away and hems pants for 5$ and has better service.

I have been a customer for many years. Very friendly staff, clothes ready on time and properly cleaned. Any issues I had, promptly resolved. Thank you!
