Strange place, lacks a friendly greeter and is old and dark, including some areas have a creepy low ceiling. This may not seem like a big deal until you experience it yourself. Creepy! To end your experience the self checkout is reminiscent of herding cattle and the computer shows you a live security feed of yourself on the screen. I could only assume this was implying I was a thief. Guilty until proven innocent. There was no paper bag option and nobody cared to help. I asked if I could use my basket for 30 seconds to go to my car and drop stuff off (as you can exit with a cart) and staff and security said “no way!”. Alas, I placed the basket on the ground and walked out with my arms full, feeling untrusted despite my clean cut image and friendly demeanour. 1 out of 5 stars, would not go back.

I wouldn’t give it 5 stars as it doesn’t have lots of products. It’s not too organized and most of the time ‘out of stock’ on most food items. Especially when I go on Mondays after the weekend the shelves are almost empty. I get disappointed sometimes. But on the other hand it’s quiet and close to home. The cosmetics department also need some attention as things are scattered most of the time and opened.

One stop shop for all your needs. The stocks are always updated and fresh. Checkouts are faster thanks to prompt and fast staff and multiple aisles functional on a busy day.Staff is co-operative and friendly. Wheelchair accessible entrances and parkings. In the busy and happening Metro Vancouver, this is a great place. Competitive pricing as compared to the local Canadian Superstore, though we found superstore more spacious.

I feel like the staffs at this location presume everyone is a shoplifter. I have seen people being stopped before they left the stores or asked to see their receipts (random). When they didn't have enough staffs to 'watch' the checkout counters, they would open minimal numbers of checkout counters so causing a long lineup.What disgust me the most is that when you go to self checkout, there is a camera 'recording' your face while you checkout your items and pay. There is absolutely no privacy! Their price is not particular attractive and their produce is not very fresh, I don't see myself going there again if I have other choices.

I went yesterday 3 july and doing self checout at 8:29 pm and lady came to me with white grey short hairs wearing yellow walmart vest and said you didnt scan everything i told her 3 times i did and she start counting when she count everything is all good than after she said may be i can wrongThere are so many diffrent people on kisoks but she only lookin at indian peopleShe wa such a racist lady and very disrespectful.They are not deserving custmer service job

The customer service manager is really really helpful. I don’t remember his name but he is a handsome young India guy. I encounter some issues to pick up my order as their online business hours does not align with the actual business hours. He managed to help me out. The lady called Jess at the customer service was rude to me and was not helpful at all. She does not care about customers at all

Staff at the photo centre are friendly and especially helpful. Although this store can be a bit messy I like coming here, sometimes there are good sales and clearance items. Not a bad shopping experience so far! Nice to see they have autonomous cleaning robots, found it a bit funny with the headlights looking like little eyes.

This store is really very difficult. I don't recommend it, a few weeks ago I was there on a Saturday and Sunday. It's a total mess, the store is completely disorganized and the shelves are constantly empty. The frozen sector is chaotic. I think the store is very poorly managed, it would deserve a follow-up, because it doesn't seem to have replenishers.I posted some photos with the location of the shelves.
