AJ Limo Service Madison - Black Car Airport Shuttle

I rarely give 5 stars but AJ Prestige deserves this. We used them for a airport trip--leaving and returning from vacation. Very professional and friendly. We were happy to see the same driver pick us up as drove us.Used them again for a concert trip a few months later.Prices fair and competitive.I will use them again, especially for airport trips--far less stressful not dealing with the hassle of driving to the airport, parking, walking with luggage to terminal, and repeating the process with return. Plus--we didn't need to warm up the car in the cold winter!

AJ Limo is by far the most dependable car company I've ever booked. I travel a lot and having them by my side for all those airport transfers gives me peace of mind. Each time I booked my ride with the AJ team, everything was executed flawlessly. I had the opportunity to travel in both sedan and van, and every vehicle was clean and in perfect condition. It's very difficult to find a reliable black car company in Chicago, an that's why I will always book my rides with AJ Limo! My plane was diverted to Milwaukee and I was fortunate to find AJ Prestige. They were not first in the list but they were the first to answer. Very professional and easy to book. I would recommend to anybody for airport transfer.

I coordinated car service from California for my daughter, her husband, and baby in Wisconsin. The person I dealt with was clear on rates, and what services would be provided, end to end. Everything went smoothly. They were very responsive, coordinated well with my daughter, sent reminders so they felt secure on arrival time and type of car. The driver was introduced via email by a manager, then called themselves for personal introduction and verification of service. Very, very professional and excellent rates. We are using them again.

Weather problems forced us to fly into Madison instead of Milwaukee. I contacted them on short notice to get a car for my wife and I and our two small children. They were clear on price and were able to provide a booster seat and car seat for our children. Pickup was exactly on schedule and John the driver was not only on time, he did everything he could to accommodate us on our ride in his Lincoln Navigator. We appreciate the cautious driving in the very late hours of the night. I would highly recommend.

I needed a ride to the airport at 6am on Dec 24th. Two cab companies and one limo service were all booked. I was quite relieved they had a driver available on less than 24 hours notice.The driver was arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Everything went well without any hiccups. I wanted to take a minute to make people aware of the outstanding service provided by AJ Limo in Madison!! I am one of the organizers of a large 4-day event in Madison in February., and several judges were flown in. Most of our judges are seniors and experienced travelers, and they were all pleased, and one said it was the best transportation service ever!! They sure appreciated being met at the airport by professional drivers, who were there to greet them and assisted with their luggage.From my point of view, I was grateful for the open line of communication so I could call with changes as they occurred. It was a great relief to me to know our judges were in such good hands, and this led to a really good impression and helped our event be successful. Honestly, it meant the world to me.And finally, the amount quoted to me before hand was the amount of the final bill, so we stayed in budget. For sure, we hope to be able to use AJ Limo services again at our next event in 2023, and forever! Definitely a 5 star rating !

Our family used AJ Limo for two trips to O'Hare. Each time the driver came 10 minutes early and was identified by the company through picture and phone number. The driving was smooth and comfortable, with just the right amount of conversation. At O'Hare, the driver assisted with luggage and ensured that no one had any issues which had been overlooked. I would use them again for any car trips and would recommend them without reservation.
