My husband and I went to several suppliers and we are pleased that our contractor introduced us to OK Granite. Susan, their Sales Manager, was so helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. They have very skilled installers. Above all, their price was the most economical. Thank you!

We found OK Granite to be the most reasonable and efficient for our quartz countertop. All the staff were very easy to deal with and very helpful. Gang helped us find the perfect quartz we were looking for and the pricing was the best that we had shopped around for. Turnaround time was faster than we expected, and the installation team (Sonny, Jason, and Johnny) were friendly and experienced too. Thank you for your service!

We used Okay Granite for the first time. Wayne helped us through the process. Wayne kept in contact with us through the process, he called when he said he would call, provided us with a service that was perfect.Installers were friendly, professional and curtious. We had a couple on minor issues that were quickly rectified, Sunny and the gang were awsome.Thanks so much, I would always recommend these guys.Our experience was brilliant..!!

OK Granite is NOT ok! They should not be in business - save yourself the hassle and go with a reputable contractor and company who has technical skill and integrity to provide a quality product and good service. This company was not able to provide either.While I may have been able to overlook issue with followup, where they didn't return my initial call, and I had to call several times for response, the decision this company made where they were not willing to help me repair my quartz counter-top was astonishing! They wouldn't even offer an alternative contractor to help, which is standard.Without even seeing the damage to my counter in person (common dull spots which other contractors advised could be repaired through a polishing process), they very quickly told me could not be repaired? Really?The issue was my counter-top was no longer under warranty as I purchased under previous owners who current owners bought this company from. They didn't feel obligated to do anything, and quickly distanced themselves as soon as they found out my counter-top was purchased from previous owners.As I explained to them, dull spots on my quartz were there in a highly visible area when OK Granite first installed counter, not something that happened later. Told them I thought a reasonable solution would be for them to take a look at damage, let me know cost of repair, and that we could perhaps share cost. They were not even willing to consider this, or book a time to see my counter-top. Sent them pictures via email showing damage,, and quick response by OK Granite was simply cannot be repaired".This experience shows not only is OK Granite not technically skilled enough to determine a repair solution

I have really enjoyed my experience with OK Granite, I have never done renovations before and I have found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful walking me through the process, and their work has turned out beautiful!They have so much to choose from and my quartz counter tops have given my place a serious upgrade!Thanks everyone!

I am glad I was referred to this company. After getting many quotes, this was the best one. After being skeptical at first we proceeded with the work.Very impressed.Millie was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond. After we decided to go ahead, they were at my house to measure and within a week the installation was done.The installing crew was great, professional and cleaned after themselves.Couldn't be more satisfied! Great all around; thank you.

I went to the showroom earlier today to choose and order stone for house renovation. The two ladies behind the desk asked who my contractor was, laughed saying they didn't know him without looking at their computers and ignored me before one turned her attention to an existing customer who walked in and the other got lost, ignoring me further, in her computer. I walked out. My contractor and I went to another showroom, where they knew him instantly, I picked and ordered what I wanted. You lost a large sale and got a thumbs down review. Perhaps retraining your staff on customer service would help in future. One star for having a decent looking showroom exterior.

Excellent Granite, very happy with the whole process.The installation crew was excellent as well.Riverstone Kitchens are also on site and a great Kitchen builder.

The staff at Ok Granite are wonderful and very easy to work with. We had a bit of a difficult situation that was not of their making at all, however, they still worked very hard to help us get the kitchen of our dreams. Thank SO much OK Granite! We highly recommend this company to anyone building or doing renovations!!!
