The service was amazing and very professional! The technician was efficient and took care of the problem quickly. Same-day service is highly convenient! The dryer wouldn't dry. It needed a new heating element. I would call them again.

I have used Superior Appliance Service for a few years, and I'm very dissatisfied with the service that they provide. They don't show up on time, they don't give me an estimate before doing anything, and they charge me more than what I expect when it comes to repairs.

I'm very disappointed with Superior Appliance Service. I had them come out to repair my dryer, and they charged me $65 for the service call. It wasn't even a full hour of work!

Since I've been using Superior Appliance Service for a while, I can honestly say that I'm not happy with the service they offer. They are inconsistent with their arrival times, refuse to provide me with an estimate before doing any work, and overcharge me for repairs.

I had a horrible experience with Superior Appliance Service. They came out to my house to replace my dishwasher, but they couldn't do it. They said it needed new parts, but I called them back and told them that the parts were still working fine. They said that they would have someone come out here again in two weeks, but then never showed up again. I called them back and got another appointment time, but when they came out they told me that they couldn't help me because their parts guy had gone on vacation!

I'm sorry I decided to have my appliance repaired by Superior Appliance Service. The technician seems inexperienced and unable to identify the issue. He ultimately made things worse and overcharged me for the additional harm he did.
