The Burlington North store was spotlessly clean and bright. The merchandise was well displayed, and the variety of product was wonderful. I was most impressed with the well organized fitting rooms, and the warm and friendly assistance provided by Gertrud. I will definitely visit this store again. Thanks!

I should have waited and got my luggage at Marshalls. Would have saved 70 dollars if i had. I am stuck with the one i got cause it was a CLEARANCE PRICE" at 60 percent off and no returns. Will know better for next time."

Cashier's do not know how to count cash. horrible experience, cashier in her mid late 30's could not count $11.35 back ... unbelievable!!! Suggest HR when hiring test staff if they will be handling money.

Even though I really like the store and the merchandise, but I have to classify it with one star for unsatisfactory customer service from the manager in view of a return without receipt. They spoke to me very badly and unprofessionally, saying that merchandise without a receipt cannot be returned, while the return policy says that merchandise without a receipt are return on a credit store card.
