On reviewing Harmony pet store my opinions are as expressed;Customer service is excellent one on one with the staff. They are very knowledgeable on the products sold in store. They will guide you if you happen to have concerns on nutrition or what foods are best suited for your pets needs.Willing to offer advice if you request information. They carry a verity of healthy and good foods from Canada, the United States and even Europe. Every time I come and visit the shelves are full! (Unlike some stores I’ve been too.) I Always come away feeling good I got my cats food good quality and healthy at very competitive prices. I find in some cases the store is cheaper than other pet stores I have visited.Store is neat & well organized. Cat supplies on one side of store dog supplies on the other. Any supplements are on a shelving unit at the front of the store. There is a plethora of toys. my cats like the stinky’s cat nip, and purr box.The fact a smaller store makes a more cozy atmosphere to shop, and you can enjoy visiting any little kitties waiting for their forever homes. Located in an enclosure at the back right of the store when you walk in. Overall it’s a lovely small business.

Katherine is such a wonderful lady...She helps you out in buying all your car essentials at affordable pricing. Besides she is very sweet

We have been customers of Harmony Pet Supply since the doors first opened. We always trust the owner's knowledgeable suggestions on the best quality food and care for our pets. Always an awesome experience.

Such a nice, small little store. Its hidden quietly in a small plaza, if you live close by it can be very convenient as there is no big name pet stores for quite some distance.The prices are comparable to that of any big name pet store like Petsmart, and often times even cheaper.The best part: they're the only store I've found that carries a high quality Ferret food that I was looking for! They also carry high quality cat and dog foods that youd only find at Global Pet Foods. For a hidden gem, they certainly hold up in their pricing. I hope they stay in business for years to come!Also, the woman who works there is very sweet and dedicated. Genuinely helps raise money for shelters, she even has novels for sale at the front to help raise funds... if anything, come to check out the super neat kitty donation box they have!

We have had no less than an excellent experience with Harmony Pet Supplies. We even heard about an adoption opportunity from them and adopted the most loving black cat named Coco. He returns his love a million times over. Katherine is warm, knowledgeable and excels at what she does because she genuinely cares. Thank you as always.

This is a nice small pet store. Limited variety but the owner is nice and assist you well. Very accommodating. Parking by the store. Cedar Brea mall is nearby. Lots of store and restaurants in the area also as well as the Scarborough hospital... This is very convenient to us to come specially when we visit our dentist next door.

Great selection of quality brands such as Rawz, Orijen & this Italian brand called VBB Healthymeat that my cat really loves & I can’t find it anywhere else, even online!The lady who is there most of the times is so nice to chat with. She is caring & reassures me that they will continue to order these brands & I believe they try their best to keep their prices competitive.

Last summer I decided to visit since I live locally. The lady kept rolling her eyes at me. I was sold 2 cases of canned wet food, however when I returned home I realized that all of the food would pass the best before date within 1-2 months. My cat developed a urinary blockage a couple weeks into eating the cans I purchased from here. Although the price is good when buying per case and the lady was knowledgeable, I don't plan on coming back due to this terrible experience/service.

The owner has a wide variety of knowledge of many types of pets, even more exotic animals, and is readily available to give advice on products that are healthy and safe for your pet. I feel confident the products we are getting from here are only the best for our bunny and cat!

I love buying my cat and dog food & supplies at Harmony Pet Supplies. I've been going there for years. Katherine always offers excellent suggestions and customer service. She knows her stuff! And she does so much for animals and finds homes for the little ones in need, and takes care of them. She's a great store owner and I have such respect for all the hard work she does. She really cares about people and pet nutrition. She wants the best for pet health! My pets all live long and healthy lives because they eat high quality food. That's the best way to keep pets out of vet offices! I will always patronize Harmony and am so glad I am not forced to purchase from a big box stores. Thanks so much for the great and unique foods I bought last night. My senior beagle Lady will loves those Canadian Elk & berry natural treats! Katherine, I appreciate you and thanks for all you do.
