Do not contract this company. Marko, the owner, is not reliable. I had a very bad experience with him. This business should not even get a one star rating.

Marco updated a 14 year old Rainbird, re configured the timing, duration, and dug out and repaired the break in Boulevard line, and replace a broken head and fixed another. All for $100.Est. Ranged from $175 to $250.Great service

When Marko was originally contacted to install the system he was quick to quote the job and come back to install it. Him and team did a great job installing the system with little damage to the new lawn. Since then unfortunately he has fallen off the map. I called for 3 weeks last summer with no response until he finally answered to tell me he was on vacation. Maybe update your voicemail message?? It’s now year 2 and we are having trouble with the control box having a mind of it’s own and watering when it shouldn’t. I’ve been calling and texting Marko since March. It is now May and still no response. I have since hired another sprinkler contractor to resolve the issues and will be contacting the BBB to make sure people know what they’re getting into. It’s too bad Marko that you do such good work with no after sales service.

Thank you for all your hard work! You and your employee were so efficient and everything was completed on time and on budget. Price was so reasonable. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!

I will give this company the full 5 stars once hes finished and fixed what he promised.We hired him although reading all the reviews, but only keeping the good ones in mind and after meeting him (seemed very nice and descend , in hope that people have their good and bad days , and we try to stay positive and give him a chance . The job took much longer than we were told , my husband had to call him a couple of times to come and finish . He told us he had other sites to go and work on too that’s why he’s very busy . We understood. We were patent cause we thought ; ok it’s the season .When it was finally done after much longer than planned and more calls , he even stayed one time until 9 pm trying to finish it !! we started finally the sprinklers . Now by then my husband had new lawn soil and seeds spread . We noticed that some parts of the ground was not getting any water . Called him again , told him and send him a video . We watered by hand , which really took a lot of time . He came a few days later , tried to fix them but in vain . We continued watering by hand . By that day he had asked us for his check . My husband was hesitating first to give him his money( thinking ; he should first finish his job fix those rest then he’ll pay every cent promised) , but we decided to put our trust in him and gave him his check in full . Since then it’s been a month . We haven’t seen him . After I contacted him and told him that I will write a bad review about him , he told me , that I’m free to do so , he’s difficulty finding people, he’s very busy , but he’ll try to fix the problem this week ( the first week of July ) . We still have to water by hand which really sucks . That’s why I gave this company only 3 star ,- for accuracy for putting the sprinklers on the right spot ,- for his compliance to all our wishes- for the amount of work ( we know , we have a big yard to coverAnd I promise I’ll remove or correct my review in 5 stars once he’s finished our job , but by then it stays .My only one advice to all , only pay anyone working at your property after the job is done and after a week of testing and running the sprinklers . Unfortunately this is how you can be sure that the job will be done by any company nowadays. It’s just too sad .Update:The owner came today and fixed all the broken sprinkler heads. Hope there’s no more problems. Thanks Marco .Now you deserve 5⭐️

I wish I read the reviews first but that is my mistake. At first, Marko seemed legit and did the install. He installed 7 sprinkler heads in our back yard that worked for the first couple years. Then this spring I went to turn on the system and the heads wouldn't pop up on their own. This is where the fun begins. Call Marko and get told he will be by in a few weeks. Then nothing. Call/text multiple times over a few more months, nothing. Then one day saying he will come by Friday or the weekend at the latest. Great I think!! Then nothing, call text nothing again. Terrible service and I would recommend going with another installer if you want someone to support you in the future. The issue ended up being too many sprinkler heads, so I ended up having to remove 2 of the heads on the system for it to work properly that I ended up paying $200 to have fixed.

I've had mixed experience with Marco. He seemed a nice enough guy at the start and he does fill the requested requirements. I didn't have a strong deadline, but he did finish in a timely manner without issue. The quality of his work seemed quite good so initial interaction and execution are good.Of the 4 rear lawn sprinklers, he turned 2 of them to point at the garden bed instead of installing a separate drip irrigation. He said he would install it for free if it was desired. I told him yes but paid him in full before that, so that's my fault however he never came and constant attempts to reach him never get him or if I do, I get empty promises of him coming. Like some reviewers said, he's quick to cash the payment.Be sure you get everything you need from him before paying him in full.

Had nothing but great experience with Marko. Everything I asked was completely in a timely matter. Every time I ever phone him or texted him he always got back to me with a response. I couldn't be more thankful for such a wonderful job he did. I would refer him to anyone who asks.Thanks Marko for all your hard work that you provided.

Lower Mainland Sprinklers was contracted in March of 2017 to install a small irrigation system on my acre of land. A small crew arrived in June, 2017 and by the end of the first day, Marko, the owner indicated that he had severely under-quoted the project. He came again the next day for the major portion of a day and I never saw him again. I asked him by email to return to irrigate 13 Emerald Cedars that had been missed by his crew. He said he would arrive on the Labour Day weekend. He never arrived and subsequent emails and phone calls were never answered. His contract indicated that he would provide two service calls in the spring and the fall to de-activate and re-activate the system. Again, phone calls and emails requesting the contracted service were ignored.Plants that needed drip irrigation were provided with spray equipment leading to mold and water weighted and broken flowers.In retrospect, the fastest portion of Lower Mainland’s Sprinklers’ service component was the cashing of the cheque.
