Arrived on time, delivered us safely to our destination. Trying to book in advance was an issue as the answering machine assumed we wanted a car immediately.

On time. Was given price on the phone including tax. At the airport the driver insists this was a cash price and adds tax.

Excellent service. Driver was very courteous and polite. Used GPS to get to airport so it was much easier to get there. I would certainly use your services again if I ever come back to Hamilton. Thank you so much.

I found their website not very user friendly. Ended up having to call dispatch. Called the day before for morning pickup. Driver was late so used an alternate drop off spot. Worked out in the end but very stressful as we thought we would miss our bus to airport.
