Bought from them a VANEE air exchanger AI series. Good service, fast shipping. This unit with the touchscreen control is easy to operate and the autocalibration is a nice feature. Instead of being limited to DIY Venmar air exchange available at Rona, you can choose any professional model at GasExpert and install it yourself but if not a professional, you should stay with more advanced machines with autocalibration like VANEE AI series or Venmar AVS N series.

I'm incredibly impressed by Gasexperts' customer service. I wanted a whole home HEPA, and was struggling to get info from others. Gasexperts helped me understand the different systems and answered my obsessive level of questions with patience and detail. I really wish they were located closer to me so I could use their full range of services, not just the online ones!

Bought an Aprilaire humidifier from them. Great price and fast shipping. They included their own wiring diagram in the box to more easily explain tying the unit into the furnace, etc - which was completely indispensable. It made what could have been a painful experience into a relatively easy one. So thank you for doing that.

Thanks for making these professional HRV units available to the DIY market. You can install one in a weekend or two If you are reasonably handy (you know who you are, you've done a few big projects around the house), just follow the instructions carefully and use the support from the folks at Gas Experts. Marcello was very helpful from choosing the right HRV unit to after sales support. I'll be back and will recommend to my friends also.

Gas Experts provides superior service and support and has units in stock and ready to go. I was working with a local HVAC company who kept updating my ERV status to delayed every week and then said it was delayed 2 months. I was getting frustrated. I found Gas experts online, phoned and spoke to Marcello and he provided a great recommendation on a better unit all round. I will have my unit at a much better price than the HVAC contractor wanted and in days not months. Lots of excuses from the contractor I was going to use, but nothing but great support from Gas experts. I only wish they could install in our area.

I am extremely impressed by GasExperts! They have been very responsive to my inquiries (even on the weekend) about my HVAC system operation. My original inquiry was around replacing my aging air exchanger and all of my questions were answered and items I hadn't thought about were suggested. In the end, the service department suggested a simple part replacement to the old unit instead of a full replacement, which saved me A LOT of money. Did I mention all this happened over a weekend? I appreciate the incredible integrity and service of this company. :)
