I would never used them again, they used quality products and installed them unprofessionally! I had my new house finished with them 6 years ago and now I have to look for new flooring! The laminate got detached from each other and multiple places and the grout between the tiles came all out!

My sales lady Sherry helped me to pick the perfect flooring for my kitchen, foyer, main bath, master bath, 3 bedrooms and the basement living room. The installers (Blaine & Rich) were neat, friendly, and professional. My plumber (Avery) was great. After my toilets were removed, it was discovered that my main bathroom toilet needed some extra TLC. Avery made sure to get the proper parts to take care of the problem properly. Every person I came in contact with to complete this major flooring project were wonderful to deal with and the price was competitive. They also installed my hardwood approximately 13 years ago and I still get compliments on it to this day!

Although they were easy to deal with, punctual and friendly not once did they tell me (until the instillation was complete) that the product I had chosen was not suitable for a kitchen. 4 month in and I have warps chips and poor seams. It is just my retired husband and myself so not much wear. I am not the expert so had mistakenly relied on their guidance. BIG mistake.
