I absolutely love coming here to purchase things for my cat. The staff are super friendly and know how to ask if you'd like assistance without being pushy, and if you say you're good, they'll leave you be, or if you do need help the staff will help in every way they can. One of the best things about Oly's is that if you're like me and have a picky pet who is super particular about their food, there is a return policy on pet food so if you pet doesn't like it you can bring it back and they'll help you pick out a different food to try, plus there's normally samples at the front if you're looking to change brands but don't want to commit to a full-size bag. Prices are always super fair, I can definitely recommend coming here!

A decade has gone by now with the same people who work there. The women who work at Olys are the definition of professionalism and knowledge. Always smiling and going above expectations. Kind and respectful.I recommend this particular location to everyone. Trust me and go compare. It's not even close. Best little pet shop in town. Not expensive like most, and the service is always 5☆ excellent, which is far more than I can say for any big box pet stores. If you have a dog or any pet, really, then try this place out. I just happened to spot it one day across the lot while at Freshco and needed treat resupplies lol.

This is our go to store, but yesterday I went there for a few items and to purchase yet another brush for our puppy because we can’t seem to find the right one that works for her hair type. Instead of just selling me another brush, I received some really helpful advise. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate a business that cares about their customers and doesn’t just sell you something you don’t really need!
