Pacific Park Apartments

I have nothing but good words in this apartment. The place is always clean and they always listen to whatever needs we ask for. The staff and manager (Joana ) of this building are very friendly and hardworking. It is close to the bus stop which is very convenient to us. It is also close by to school ,shoppers, no frills, bakery, salon and many more. Best apartment ever!

I am happy with this complex and the management. Anyone living here should realize the building is old so it isn't built like a new building and it does require ongoing maintenance but building management seems to mostly be on top of it. I think a person's experience will be largely affected by the immediate neighbors. The longer term tenants I have met are decent.

I have been living in Pacific Park Apartments for more than 4 years and I can really recommend this place to all people who need an apartment. The place is near to bus stop and No frills store. There is a swimming pool in the yard. The space of apartments is huge. The building is in good location, easy to get around with public transportation, about 10 minutes to Skytrain.Also, I would like to say a big thank you Joanna, who is the manager in Pacific Park Apartments. Whenever I had questions or need help she did her best. The service is quick. She is always super polite , nice and communicative, always gives the best service to tenants. I really appreciate Joanna's hard work and kindness.

I live here for more than 2 years now, it’s home now, property manager she’s an amazing person, instantly respond, I had a few issues in the past ,she always picks up the phone and send a maintenance right away, pool was opened last summer, kids are happy to live there. It’s safe and clean.Just want to thank you keeping the property safe, clean and well-maintained.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and all I can say is the resident manager Joanna and her team were awesome 5/5.Accessibility to public transit - 5/5Acoustics - 2.75/5 - you can easily hear if there are people talking in the hallway.(Or it may also depend on the residents)Unit fixture & equipment - 4/5 - a little upgrade on the kitchen stove would be nice.I find the parking fee quite expensive. Would be nice to have security cameras installed. It would also be perfect to shovel the snow right away before it gets thick because it is difficult to enter your stall during winter days.

Joanna is friendly and professional and I really recommend working with her directly for any queries to be addressed!. She is always prompt to address any concerns and on top of requests to help the tenants always. She took the time and effort to make sure I find the perfect place! I highly appreciate thank her for her support and guidance.As for the property, it's great! Good location and ambience. Everyone in the society are great. The maintenance is very friendly and are available on your request by property manager.The laundry room, pathways, corridors, lifts, parking, pool are always clean and tidy.The maintenance team comes quickly, and was super patient with my questions and helped us resolve issues at apartment.The people at the front desk have been amazing, very responsive, and helpful. Finishes and quality of the units are great.The staff here is so wonderful. Joanna and her entire team. I really appreciate them. They are super friendly and helpful.Super professional and warming experience. I Recommend her and the community you won't be disappointed!!!. I highly recommend.

I have been living in one of the mainstreet apartments with my friend/roommate for over 3 years now. The manager/management is friendly and personable and always a delight to see. They are very patient and kind and are always helpful when we have inquiries. Having good management in any shared living establishments makes life easier. If we have any issues they give it the necessary attention. The condition of the apartments are kept very well and she is on top of any misconduct on the property. In short the management does what their supposed and beyond.With regards Natnael

We have moved 9 months back to this place, it is quite good place and very it is near to public transportation, Indian grocery, drug mart, Starbucks , subway and more.. manager Jaonna is very helpful and will clearly explain terms and conditions. It has indoor swimming pool and it is maintained very well in last summer. I will recommend to add a play area for kids as this community has so many children and it will be useful to them. Thanks for adding basketball stand and expecting more facilities for kids in coming future.

I have been living here for 2 + years now. One of the main reasons I decided to stick around is the environment and the management. The apartment manager Joanne has done an incredible job in answering all my queries and taking quick actions to specific needs. She is always there whenever you need any sort of help. I am really happy with the type of service the management provides and the environment.The apartments are really nice from inside and every basic necessity is nearby like bus stop, shopping etc..

Its over two years, I have been living here. The environment and the management is really good. The resident manager Joanna is so nice and doing incredible job. She always listens to the queries and concerns and always reacts in no time. So, 10/10 for the her and the staff
