Brought my 2018 S1000RR in for tuning. The results are amazing!!! Throttle response is better. Sound is great. Bike wheelies at a lower RPM. Super impressed with the results. If you have a sport bike and you don’t tune it, its not the bike it can be. It’s like a different bike after leaving here. This is my second time there and Steve was so nice as he was the first time! And James…. The happiness on his face when talking to be about the tuning process, man I wish I had that much joy when I was at work. I’m from Red Deer and the communication prior was perfect. I had a bit of an issue with the bike and James has solved the problem when Blackfoot kinda blew me off. Thanks a million guys!!!!!

Excellent service. Bought two tires and there were installed the same day they asked me to bring in the wheels. Very friendly staff highly recommended them!

I was referred to Redline by a different shop here in Calgary. Those guys rock! They went well above to make sure I had all the parts required at prices lower than online. Would absolutely recommend Redline to anyone needing parts or service. Fast, friendly and they make you feel like your business matters....unlike most of the other shops in Calgary.

Great place to bring your bike! I had my out of province inspection completed here recently, I didn't have to wait long to book an appointment and they are very flexible to work with your schedule. They know what they're doing with all years of bikes.

Purchased a used bike and wanted a shop to go through it top to bottom. The guys at RMS provided great service. I went with the Gold Package and an oil change. They did a full inspection on my bike, serviced the chain, corrected the tire pressure, changed the oil, replaced a couple missing fasteners on my seat, tested my battery and much more. They found a couple small issues and brought them to my attention and quoted a great price to fix. I highly recommend. Great prices and most of all GREAT service! This will be my go to shop for everything related to my bike.

Got an out of province inspection done and purchased several parts from Redline overall they got top notch customer service and provide great advice. James and Steve were amazing to deal with and always take their time with you. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Had a very good experience dealing with redline and all the staff. Everyone is very friendly and personable. They went over my Suzuki top to bottom and fixed everything I asked them too. The bike runs better now then it ever has. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top notch service and a fair price.Thanks again redline!
