I don’t know who was working today (Fri. Aug. 7, 2020) but at approximately 2:10 I placed an order on Uber eats. At 2:15 my order had been confirmed. At around 2:19 I get a call from an employee working at shell, saying they didn’t have the items and told me to cancel my order. I told them I couldn’t cancel the order because they had already confirmed it. If they hadn’t, I could’ve cancelled it with getting a full refund back from Uber eats. With their confirmation, to cancel I would get charged $19, which my order was worth $25. I told the man repeatedly I couldn’t cancel it and he told me to figure it out myself and ended the call. Uber eats has no number and only an automated chat support system. My order shortly cancelled after a delivery driver was dispatched but no order to pick up. After the delivery ended I was charged for receiving nothing. I want whatever employee responsible for confirming my order and being very rude on the line to receive punishment. Very unprofessional and deserves to get fired. Such a disrespectful and useless employee.

Absolutely horrifying experience with this gas station, I parked my car at pump #3 and was about to pay prepay gas and decided to use washroom anyway, an indian guy with a tag name Romil approached me and demanded me to park my car somewhere before i pee, I told him I cannot hold my bladder anymore and he kept demanding me to move, I never experience that in any gas stations anywhere else in Canada for 11 years, this guy is brutally inconsiderate and obviously does'nt posess the manners and character appropriate for this job and giving bad reputation to the business. I like shell gas station make no mistake about that but Having said that, I won't be surprised If anyone else experienced the same Humiliating and indignifying experience from this gas station.

I had a very bad experience with the cashier named 'Sam'. I usually fill gas quite often at this location but this afternoon I just went to play lotto. One of the lotto sheet paper wasn't accepted by the machine so he gave it back to me. I,politely, asked him to give me his pen to mark on the next box. Him,on the other hand ,with no manners,rejected it. I said to him ( there were no other peoole behind me) why is it so difficult to give me your pen. He said I won't serve and I leftI

Not bad. But four star because long wait for car wash

This Shell was a pre-paid gas staion. According to the owner(Rami)that it isnot his responsibility to calculate the amount to get a desired amount of liters to filled-out the gas. It's a customer's responsibility!! Wow, what is he going to do if some customers don't know how to calculate or no cell phone to calculate! Great way to serve the customers to loose the sales!

Stopped to put gas at 12:40pm on april 21, wanted to wash my hands and Indian guy said washroom was closed. Prepaid gas outside just to be told by machine that had to walk back into the gas station for receipt. I asked for receipt and the guy was awfully rude and said that Petro was a better choice. Talking about having bad customer service and people that hate their job!

I have been a regular customer at this Shell Gas station and have consistently had a positive experience. The staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The convenience store is well-stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, and other necessities, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for gas and essentials.The gas pumps are well-maintained and always functioning properly, and I have never encountered any issues with the quality of the fuel. Additionally, the location of the gas station is convenient, with easy access from the road and ample parking available.Overall, I would definitely recommend this Shell Gas station to anyone in the area looking for a reliable and convenient place to fill up their gas tank or pick up some essentials.

This shell I had very bad experience with a guy who worked there and he called me and my mom sheet stuff very bad word to me and my mom he said we don’t have gas please remove this guy he is all the time rude to us and gave us very bad word to me but I control myself to not to fight with this guy he is little bit fad and no hair very bad language please take him away he was very rude to us and gave us sheet stuff to me and my mom I think the gas shell need to apologize to us because he has very bad languages and please removed him or talk to him thank you I like to speak to the owner please send me messages he is all the time rude to us and we don’t know why thanks

Romil is great at customer service. Always fast service and pleasant to talk to if you could go to any gas station in the area this will be the spot to go to.

Service was very awful, guys sometimes can serve without pre-pay sometimes with, when you asking them why they start to yell and saying something on HindiBe careful to talk with them at all
