I’ve been living here for more than a year. I really like this place. Construction materials are nice. Building was well designed but not well maintained. Management is fine. But their utilities is a total scam. Due to urgent relocation for a new job, and the rental agreement requiring 2months notice for moving out, I had to pay for rent and utilities for my vacant unit at Arthaus in March and April. When I received the utility bills I was surprised to see it is charging me $100-300 for nothing. With all the google reviews complaining about their abnormally expensive utility bill, I’m feeling something is weird here.

AC issue was resolved immediately after I spoke to JP (maintenance) and Zianka (administrator). JP was really nice and explained the issue and what he was doing to resolve it. Excellent service!

I’ve been a resident for 3 years now and have no complaints. Every issue or maintenance request was attended to and fixed with within a few hours by JP, who is so helpful and professional. Our building rep Zivanka is so friendly and always available when I need. Great building to live in, awesome amenities and wonderful staff!!

Zivanka and JP have been so kind and helpful with our move-in! The move-in process has been smooth and everyone in the building has been friendly. We’re happy with the unit and building so far, everything is clean and the unit has lots of natural light.

By far the best apartment building my family and I have ever moved in to. The building is very clean.The ensuite laundry is one of the best things about living here. Followed by the gym.The building staff are very friendly and always amazing to deal with. Any issues we've had have been dealt with ASAP.I recommend this building to anyone looking to move into an apartment

Don’t think about it. When we first moved into building B it was great. Or so that’s what they want you to think and see.. After a couple months we were extremely disappointed. Poor management - doesn’t reply or care about your concerns. People breaking into the building, people getting into the underground parking and breaking into your vehicles. Stolen bikes, Packages. Homeless living in the stairwell. Garbage disposal never working. Arthaus considered themselves high security. That is far from the truth. Only cameras they have are located at the front door, elevators and one single camera facing the underground parking garage. Greenwin also overcharged us almost every single month.. Every single month. If safety, cleanliness and great management is your top priority. Save.Your.Self. I truly hope they re-consider their goals and want to truly change, for the better.

I’ve been the resident here for 1+ years. This building’s service is very nice, common area are awesome too. The maintenance technician is good, he comes fix efficiency when we submit a request. Special shout out to the building manager, Zivanka, she is the best building manager I’ve ever seen. She is very busy but never get annoyed to any our requirements. Even we reach out on weekend, she still try to help us as she can. She is very responsible to every resident’s need. The only thing I see is she has too much work and too busy. I hope Greenwin can give her a raise or hire a assistant for her, she totally worth a company to keep and promote!

I've been a tenant at ArtHaus for over a year now and it has exceeded my expectations.The living accommodation is fantastic, with a modern and well-maintained design. The management team is exceptional specifically Zivanka who is always friendly, caring and responsive. They organize community events and prioritize residents' safety. The location is convenient too. I highly recommend this place for an outstanding living experience with a caring management team.

I think JP is an amazing, friendly maintenance worker. He's very helpful and kind. It will be nice to have such helpful staff on site in my new home.

I've been living here for the past 1 year and now upgraded to a 2 bedroom last month. The building is relatively new (when compared to what you usually get in KWC) and the management when I moved here in 2022 was an utter disappointment. But few months back we got Zivanka and Claudia who are an absolute joy to work with. They are one of the main reasons why we decided to stay back rather than moving out.Pros:1. Building is always maintained well - They vacuum and shampoo the carpets in the corridors in a timely fashion and all the common areas are kept clean at all times.2. The building manager Zivanka and leasing agent Claudia are two of the best people you can work with. They are always available to address any concerns, questions, or maintenance requests promptly. Their timely responses and willingness to listen to residents' needs demonstrate a true commitment to exceptional customer service.3. Great location - 15 mins away from Conestoga college and University of waterloo/Laurea university and also 5 mins away from fairview park mall.Cons:1. Rent and utilities are slightly on the higher side. But with the current market situation, this can be justified, especially when you get a great apartment to live in.
