The friendly staff are very knowledgeable about the products they carry. I have been a regular customer since 2021 and have always had a pleasant experience there.

Unfortunately, very disappointed in the service. We had to purchase a replacement pool due to damages caused by the ice storm. New pool signed on April 24, 2023 with tentative installation date beginning of June. After my follow up, the delivery was made on June 13, with an emailing stating installation 10 to 15 days.On July 3, I followed up via email asking for an update and was told they would check and get back to us. Nothing yet. As much as I wished it not to be true, La boutique piscine et spas is not better then anywhere else. It's too bad.

Great store for BBQ and pool parts, I always spend a lot of time here early in the summer! Very knowledgeable staff always willing to help find a solution. Surprisingly good prices considering its a small shoppe. Who needs Club Piss-ine!

Will never go back. No integrity. Worst after sale service and they tried to scam me. Promised to respect the warranty for a pool pump if I buy a new pump in Hudson and returned the old in La Boutique Piscine & Spa late for a refund. After doing all that they then told me that they would not refund the noisy pump that I only used for less than two months. Luckily, I did not install the new one so I returned to Hudson and demanded a refund. I was upset with the service and the owner told me that he would kick me out of his store. I told him 'no problem, give me my refund because I do not plan to go back anyway.'

Excellent customer service and selection. I highly recommend. Highly impressed how they went out of their way to help me. Amazing service. Thank you!

UPDATE:After posting this review I was contacted by their customer service and by the owner, Jacques. Jacques apologized for his staff not contacting sooner. He did not make excuses for them dropping the ball on this and asked that if there was anything further to contact him personally. Owing up to mistakes is big in my books and much appreciated. I have to say that he does have customer service at heart. He confirmed this model does in fact come with the iGrill3 and offered to bring one to me personally. We already received the one from Weber so there was no need, but the gesture was well appreciated. He also pointed out the Costco one does not have the 9mm grills and Weber decides the pricing. I am revising my review to 4 stars, it would have been 5 if I hadn'thad to resort to a comment in my review to get contacted. I would have to say I would give Jacques 5 stars though.This isn't a review on the grill itself but after BBQing on it since we got it, everything from burgers to whole chicken I have to say it is the best BBQ I have ever cooked on and owned. If you are thinking of buying Weber, do it, you won't regret it.ORIGINAL POST: Disappointed over all. Pre-purchase it was great however after service not so much. We purchased a Weber Genesis II CSS-335 Special Edition BBQ, it was supposed to come with the iGrill3 as per the salesman we dealt with. We had to wait for the model we bought as it was out of stock, when it finally came in we found out the iGrill3 was not included once we built it at home. We toke every part of the box and packaging apart 1 by 1 thinking it must be in there somewhere, but nope not there. Tried several times to call them and was either told he is not in or on the phone with another client or serving another client. Each time being told he will call us back. Never heard back from them. Now Costco has basically the same model for $300 less and you also has the cover, iGrill3 and other things more than the one we got from La Boutique. So if you are looking, go to Costco instead as it will save you money and the after sales is probably better. I would not recommend La Boutique for this reason. To be all good pre-sales and then you get forgotten once you hand your money over to them is not great customer service. I gave them a chance to rectify this calling every day for a week....still I await someone to call me back.

We love our pool that we bought in this place. When we visit the store, and talk to Peter he was very nice and accommodating and all. We put downpayment and paid the rest when the pool got delivered. They called us June 30 and told us that the pool will be delivered July 2nd(as they will be closed for Canada Day) and wanted us to pay the rest that same day(July 2nd), I mean its fine, no advance noticed, they did not told us that we have to call the bank for the approval of money withdrawal of the amount of ($4,500+) balance. The guy there who I paid into was getting annoyed for the wait( considering it was not my fault as we were not advice of it in Advance. So we let it go then my husband went back in there after our pool got installed as to bring the water sample for us to get the proper and correct amount of chemicals for the pool and spent another $420. He asked the lady and told him some wrong information on how to operate the pool and such but it does not matter as we can find pretty much everything online now. So, I called to the store again to asked for an A" frame ladder
