Urgent package was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday, nothing... Friday night no updates on the tracking page and remain with the courrier out for delivery" with the previous day date... Saturday nothing and no customer service available on weekends.... Canpar is literally 5min drive from my location

They deserve five star!!! I called them two times and I think both were different ladies. Really helpful. Got my package even after I missed the delivery first time…!!! Saved my time!!! Delivery guy was really cool too

Thanks for returning after I just missed the delivery guy, great customer service and very helpful staff. Package arrived quickly and was handled with care. By far the best Carrier I've dealt with.

absolutely horrible customer service! They kept delaying my shipment every few days, and now its already over a week late! It has still not arrived even though the expected delivery date was the start of december. i will never have any orders shipped by CANPAR ever again. they never pick up calls and give bare minimum updates. I'm thoroughly disgusted by their lack of responsibilty and timeliness.

They delivered to the wrong address . Claim a notice was left. Which there never was a notice left. Or if there was it went to the wrong address. Have been stuck on hold 3 days now trying to find my packag and noone that works here can seem to tell me where it's went! How anyone loses a 32 tv is beyond me!"

I read all of the negative reviews and was hesitant to use this shipping service but I didnt have the choice given the absurd prices of the traditional carriers. I have shipped a few items through CANPAR now and their delivery times blew me away and have had no issues so far. Thanks CANPAR for offering a fair price alternative to shipping in Canada!

Ordered an ebike from Toronto. Shipped 02/04/21 and was given an estimated delivery date of 02/05/21. Waited all day but didn't show up. Great. Have to wait the weekend now. Come Monday, no update. Late Tuesday I get an update that it has departed a facility in Edmonton Alberta. 3500 Km away. Toronto is 400km from where I am and they ship my product halfway across the country. Nobody is there to help on Live chat and the phone operater gives you the run around. I will never use this service again.

Did not knock, ring buzzer or call upon delivery, just left slip to deliver again. I called to hold the package at the office the next business day and they ignored the request and are attempting to deliver again.
