My car needed a new front axle installed on short notice. The service department scheduled me in two days later and the car was repaired in an hour and a half. Wonderful follow up customer service. I bought a Nissan Murano 2017. Something wasn't working and as I live out of town, they arranged with the dealer closest to me to get it fixed. We recently purchased an RV from the West Cost. What a great experience this was! The prices at this dealership are quite competitive, and they had the RV we wanted. The guys we dealt with are truly great. They were attentive to our needs, very friendly, knowledgeable and with lots of patience too! Matt is the best! We are really impressed with his customer service. So fast to answer questions, true to his word. Mike was also really good, knowledgeable and accommodating. Bottom line, we not only got a trailer we wanted, we also had a good time at the dealership. This is a place to go, highly recommended!

West coast auto is the best place to buy a car from customer service to sale and to the minutes you drive away with the car of your choice. I went to the office late to look at an SUV I saw online. Got there 15 minutes before closing where most dealer would have told me to come back.Dave the salesman was welcoming and made the time to show me a car and let me take it for a test drive. He followed up as promised with clear and precise details. I was skeptical at first after being denied by other dealers. Koodo to Scott who tried his best and notified me that I got the car. There's no wait time they understood that I needed a car and made it happen. Dave and Scott designated Callen to show us how the computed part of the car work so we would not be worried or frustrated knowing my Old one was simple.
