I have had the pleasure of working with Krista for over a year and it has truly changed my life. This was my first experience with a life coach or any kind of mental health professional and it has been an incredibly positive experience. Krista has helped me achieve goals in my life that I've never considered possible before. I highly recommend working with her and her team.

I am so grateful for having come across Krista’s services. Her team actually came as a referral to me from a colleague who was also struggling with some work-related issues.I have been described by others as having the prototypical Type A personality which has assisted me in reaping some success at work but often times at the cost of alienating co-workers and this has had long-term and damaging effects on my career at times.
