There is no doubt in my mind after seeing other hearing aid companies that Davidson Hearing stands by itself in the number one position. Right from my first email and phone call their professionalism stood out from anyone else. When I went in for my first test they were welcoming and above all they took the time to be sure I fully understood what they were going to do to help me. They never pressured me into making a purchase. They were more concerned that I was fitted with the proper hearing aids. They explained all my options. There were no gimmicks and made me feel this was not about the money just a wonderful group of concerned people wanting to help! I suggest to any one in need of hearing aids to visit Davidson Hearing, you will not be disappointed. Hears to happy hearing !

Davidson's is just wonderful!I was recommended to Davidson's by a friend some time after I'd purchased my first hearing aids a number of years ago.A hole appeared in one of them, and the place I'd bought them from told me to wear them with the hole (in my ear), or they could send it back to the company for repair (just after my warranty ended) and would take at least a couple of weeks at a minimum charge of $250.I was about due for a hearing test, so decided to give Davidson's a try and made an appointment with Robbie Davidson.I had my hearing test (free at Davidson's) and ordered some new hearing aids...which are much more comfortable to wear than my old ones. I left my broken hearing aid with Davidson's who repaired it for me at no charge, and I had it back in just a couple of days.We were there yesterday for a scheduled check of my hearing aids. While we were there Robby Davidson was kind enough to also check my husband's ears for wax, and remove it (which he does every time I have an appointment).Yesterday my husband commented that he thought it made a difference not only to his hearing, but to his balance.Thank you so much Robbie Davidson. I saw DR Chow and he was very helpful, informative and friendly and has helped me with a referral to a surgeon for a perforated eardrum I have suffered for many years. Highly recommended for anything ear related.

Great experience! The appointment booking process was fast and easy. I had to re-book my first appointment and had no issue doing so. They were pleasant, friendly and explained everything so I understood it clearly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

This is the third hearing aid supplier I have used and by far it's the best Karen has looked after me and I have nothing but praise for her dedication and response to any question I have had.

I am so impressed with the high standard of customer care that this facility provides. My 94 year old grandmother has hearing aids from here and with the storm and a felled tree in her living room, we have been unable to locate her charging base for her hearing aids so they could be charged elsewhere.I called and asked if there were any additional bases that we could borrow to charge her device and they called me back promptly. The power was out but someone met me and opened the location up so that my grandma could charge her devices.Will recommend and sing their praises to any and everyone!! We want to express our deep appreciation to the Nepean Clinic. The audiologist Ali and assistant Alicia have done a beautiful job with their awesome service of helping my mother Joyce to adjust her hearing aids. They are very professional and go above and beyond to help. We have told a lot of others about their great service. Our other family members will go there as well

I had an excellent appointment with Karen Martel this morning. She answered all my questions and gave me helpful advice on how to get the most out of my hearing aids. Karen practiced all the COVID-19 protection protocols so I felt very safe in her office and in the building at Bells Corners. Competent service was provided by Karen. Kind regards, Paula
