Very happy to have found Aire Serv of Auburn to install a ductless mini split in our first floor. Very quick and professional responses throughout the process. I thought I knew which brand I wanted, but his information convinced me otherwise and I couldn't be happier. Never tried to upsell or sell me something I didn't really need, and installation was completed only 5 days after placing an order (and 3 of those days were waiting on equipment to arrive). Very happy with the service and staff. Where other places wanted to charge an absorbent amount to just show up, their price was fair, and even waived the cost of sending the tech because he did the work! They were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about my furnace. I will recommend them to anyone!

Looked at ad online and first zip code listed 13073 I called and after all the info exchange she tells me they go to Lansing but not Groton. I live in Lansing but my address is Groton not where I live. Don't call they are big company that blows people off.

If you have an older boiler, save yourself some trouble and call John first. My mom's thirty-year old Buderus was giving her trouble. The first person she called spent two days on it and wasn't able to do anything. He told us the furnace controller was bad and almost had us sold on a a new furnace at a cost of $10,000. Before spending that kind of money, I wanted a second opinion. So I called Aireserv. John came out and had our old furnace running normally in 40 minutes while explaining everything he was doing. This man clearly knows his way around boilers. We've found our new furnace guy. And I recommend him to you.

John Welch knows what he's doing, takes care to do a good job and, compared to other companies I called, actually answers his phone. It does not appear that he's on NYSEG's certified contractors list, however; so I have doubts whether I can get their rebate.
