So I had booked an appointment for long haircut with Crystal, three days ago for 1.30 pm, I was on time and waited almost 45 mins and later I got to know I had to wait for some more time, I had prior commitments and a function to attend in the evening, so I had my time wasted and had to do my hair all by myself, overall I was not satisfied with their customer relationship

Chris fit my daughter in for a last minute appointment because her regular stylist cancelled unexpectedly. What an amazing cut and colour balayage. Happy teenage daughter is a happy father. Thanks Chris.

My daughter had scheduled a last min. appointment for a wash and style for me for a family gala. I really appreciated that they accommodated our request. My daughter had a great experience, the girl who did hers was friendly and did a great job. I had arrived early for my appt and another hairstylist came and said she would be doing my hair. I was confused as I thought I was getting the same stylist so they said no worries as we were still waiting for another I could wait. A short time later a 3rd stylist came and said “I will be doing your hair” so I figured I had to get it done by her. Midway through my wash my daughter had finished & both her and her stylist came to the back my daughter asking if I wanted her stylist to do my hair. Awkward - now I don’t know what to say - first time here not sure how they work. Not wanting to offend anyone I said it didn’t matter - huge mistake. After the wash I soon realized my blouse had got wet and had to ask my stylist for a towel - no apology for wetting my shirt she just went got a towel and handed it to me. While I’m trying to explain what I wanted and how my hair doesn’t hold curls she just kept saying yep ok. She didn’t seem to be listening to me. As soon as I saw her pick up the med brush I knew I had a problem. I had told her I wanted volume in my hair with big waves/curls at the end. That only works if using a large bristle brush. After she finished drying she reached for the curling iron even though I had told her my hair does not hold the curls and I had to repeat myself. She said she would use the straightener - which by this time I’m already calculating how much time I have to rush back to the hotel to redo my own hair. My hair ended up being flat with small curls- exactly opposite from what I had asked for, and would last 30 mins if I was lucky. I asked to put spray and after realizing I wasn’t happy she said they could redo it. Nope - next time listen to your clients - I would think your clients know how their hair works. Now I have to rush to do my own hair for a very special family event.

It was my first time at Hair-Glow.Amy my hairstylist was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about hair colour question.I got a cut and I’ve been getting complement’s all day at work.All the staff was friendly very nice I felt at home.Thank you Amy I will be coming back. 10 out of 10 customer service.

Thanks to Amy, she did a wonderful job on my hair and understood exactly what I wanted, and I love my haircut. The price was reasonable as she washed, cut, and styled my hair. In the past, whenever I had haircuts elsewhere, they always took off more than I asked them to, but Amy listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. The place is so clean, large and airy and has a nice interior decor.

Was looking for a local, woman-owned salon in the area for a hair color and hair cut as it had been years since I went to a salon. After reviewing availability and profiles, I selected Crystal based on her passion for vibrant hair color.From the moment we started our consultation, she was a pleasure to interact with - positive and friendly throughout the whole experience. Her expertise, matched with my easy going attitude, yielded a beautiful outcome - vibrant red balayage. She often checked in on how I was doing (comfort, temperature, visibility...etc) and made sure that I understood the process along the way. Her service didn't end at our session alone, as she followed up after to check on how my new style was going. Crystal was great and I fully recommend her for your coloring needs!The salon itself had plenty of parking, easy to access, offers lots of beauty/hair services and was a comfortable space. Will consider it again for the future!

I had a great experience today with Crystal at Afterglow. I hadn't had my hair done in quite some time and and I didn't really know what I wanted but Crystal helped me decide on what colour I should do for the results that I want. She did an amazing job, was super friendly and took her time to make sure my hair was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be going back to see her the next time I want to get my hair done. Thanks again!!

Had a wonderful experience today getting my hair as it was broken and in so many different colors. Christine had so much patience and suggested highlights and lowlights which ended up turning out really beautiful. Extremely impressed. Can't wait to go back! When I had gotten there I let her do whatever she would recommend and even the cut turned out so beautiful. I would highly recommend After Glow Hair Loft

Wonderful experience here. New to the area . Location is stunning ... so clean .... very open ... staff was amazing .... price was great as I have very long hair. I had a great time while I was there and will continue to use this salon.
