I have the best experience ever yesterday when I went into the store. The manager, Sarah was so amazing she took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for she was not high pressure she was patient she knew her stuff I ended up spending almost $400 and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. I highly recommend spoiling yourself at this store and your husband or wife too lol

It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to check out like there was a line of like 20 people the girl at the cashier was all alone 2 of her colleagues were just doing unnecessary things behind the cashier instead of opening all the cashiers and calling others so it could go faster !

Kind and extremely helpful knowledgeable staff! Shoutout to Marie France and Abbey and (another kind young girl (Rosalie??? ).. a lot of store and clients to handle with limited staff! Your lucky they ( vs staff )are dedicated to their work, and make VS run the way it does.. because they bust their tails in there..

I went to purchase a splash for a gift and I didn’t see vendor upstairs. I have been in line for over 30 minutes in order to pay, they should have more employees where we pay in order to speed up the process!!!!

The staff are friendly, the categories of the stuff, are not clear, some are on the ground floor and the other on the second floor, which makes some customers not notice the existence of the same category ( for example underwears) on second floor. The cash on the ground floor is so busy and if you are in a hurry, it is better to go to the second floor.

Went there with my friend to buy gifts for his fiancé. Its a well maintained mega store to make your special time more extraordinary! I can't say about the quality of the product but I should admit the quality of their customer service. Its amazing. They take care of every clients with smiling eyes!I deduct one star for the price as it seems too expensive!

Too many people. Note enough sizes. Staff is trying but overwhelmed. Let us remind ourselves that lingerie is not built for comfort but built for your partner's pleasure.
